  1. Remember 365 days ago when Tom Allen was getting national coach of the year consideration and Jeff Brohm was on the hot seat? I do…
  2. I was told that Brandon would heal/unify the nation and that these types of incidents would be a thing of the past.
  3. So, what’d we learn yesterday? 1. Georgia remains the only team without legitimate flaws. They are the clear favorite. 2. This is NOT your typical Bama team. Good? Sure. But the Tide don’t look dominant. 3. MSU couldn’t handle the spotlight. Huge rivalry win followed by a roller coaster of a loss at Purdue. 4. Oregon just keeps humming along. They look like a shell of the team that won at OSU but still good enough to run the table in a weak Pac 12? 5. OSU is vulnerable but still has the best WR core in America. Even without Garrett Wilson they looked like a machine. The run/pass ratio was a bit head scratching though. 6. Here’s an idea Cincinnati. If you want people to take you serious and cry about disrespect, try dominating teams that are clearly inferior to you. 7. Sloppy, but Michigan bounced back and still has its goals in front of them. Will be interesting to see how the committee ranks them and MSU Tuesday. 8. Oklahoma had a much needed week off to get focused on the gauntlet of a schedule they face this month. They will have their opportunities to make their claim. 9. Wake Forest. All O, no D. 10. Notre Dame overcame a slow start to pull away from Navy. Purdue and Wisconsin wins looking a lot better now. Last chance for a resume building win next weekend at Virginia.
  4. Let’s not pretend that depth was the issue in blowout losses to Iowa, Penn State, OSU, and Michigan. I might be willing to give you Cincinnati and they probably beat Maryland and maybe MSU. This was an outfit with a ceiling of 6-7 wins from the beginning.
  5. Why so bitter? Just pointing out a fact. They took a big step forward last night and have put BD in their rear view mirror in the regular season recently. A win over BD is now EXPECTED at Brownsburg, which justifies my original statement. A loss next Friday is a step back. They would be playing with house money in a potential semi state contest vs CG. No one expects them to win that game. Take your extra hour and sleep in tomorrow morning grandpa.
  6. Under 8 wins…easiest futures bet of the summer.
  7. Program changing win for Brownsburg but that all disappears if they no show on Friday night.
  8. Which also makes me chuckle when posters say things like “I guarantee Cathedral was hoping to play New Pal this week?” Who? The coaches? The posters? (Who have nothing to do with the outcome of the game.)
  9. Eating my crow. Brownsburg didn’t win…they dominated. Huge step forward tonight for their program.
  10. Westfield all the way down the field. About to attempt one from 27 yards for the lead… Good! 24-22 w 3.7 left
  11. You went from “IU/Purdue blew it” to “he might be capable of playing in a better program” in 48 hours.
  12. “IU & Purdue missed out. They blew it. Not the first time and it won't be the last but Steele could have been theirs and they passed.” You’ve come a long way in two days.
  13. He’s averaging 65 yards per game NINE games into his collegiate career. We know you love your son Mrs. Steele but let’s pump the brakes on his Heisman campaign.
  14. Guaranteed free money vs a small shot at free money is a hard choice? I guess some folks do play the lottery.
  15. Just figured common sense would state to play out the season, take your visits and explore your options. This kid “committed” weeks ago. Is a PWO (nothing guaranteed) at a P5 school better than a full ride to a MAC school?
  16. My question still remains. Why “accept” a PWO when you could get your schooling paid for for 4-5 years somewhere else? Just bizarre to see no other offers.
  17. Apologies now or later @Bobref? "I'm not an anti-vaxx, flat-earther. … I have an allergy to an ingredient that's in the mRNA vaccines. I found a long-term immunization protocol to protect myself, and I'm very proud of the research that went into that," the Packers star added. "Some of the rules, to me, are not based in science at all. They’re purely trying to out and shame people, like needing to wear a mask at a podium when every person in the room is vaccinated and wearing a mask – makes no sense to me," Rodgers said. "If you got vaccinated to protect yourself from a virus I don’t have as an unvaccinated individual then why are you worried about anything I could give you? "I have followed every single protocol to a T – minus the one I just mentioned because it actually makes no sense to me. My daily routine is the routine of an unvaccinated person."
  18. Can anyone tell me more about the Biddings to Louisville ordeal? Someone made a big stink about it on Facebook last month and he is listed as a "walk on" at Louisville and 247 lists it as his only offer. Wouldn't common sense state that if the kid can walk on at Louisville he could also earn a scholarship to a lower level/non power 5 school? What's the deal?
  19. Once the MIC slappies feel offended, there's blood in the water.
