Incorrect statement….Cignetti said nothing about Day punching it in. He actually stated Day has to do what’s best for his team. Go back and read the quotes from Cignetti. You may think that….but only the CFP’s opinions matter and some very good teams will be on the outside looking in..

Sorry the Boilers can’t tackle that speedy Dlineman running the ball on that fake punt…. I wish IU weren’t on the borderline of making the CFP and Purdue is so bad, they had to win by a large margin so they don’t lose votes…tough place to be… But, he didn’t run a play when in victory formation nor was his QB trolling the Purdue coach….

I don’t have an ounce of empathy for a program trying to send a message, lines his team up in victory formation and punches in a TD when the other team was not calling time outs and had conceded. When asked about it, Coach puffs up his chest reminding everyone who they are. He then has a QB troll the opposing coach with his actions and words to the camera at games end the week prior. Both are eating humble pie this week and I hope it’s dry as cement. What goes around, comes around…Karma

I struggle with that comment....if you would have stated share an opinion that fits his personal beliefs and narratives, I would agree wholeheartedly. But with Doyel, it is certainly not always about finding the truth. Its about generating interest...and sometimes the truth be damned. In this case, his position aligned with yours and perhaps it is the correct position....but that is not always the case with Doyel.

Tough one to watch as I was really pulling for GA Tech. They played well and thought they dealt with some tough calls and non-calls that played a major role in the outcome. But, that is how the cookie crumbles.

Cignetti said very little. Fans like me are complaining. Lining up in a victory formation and then punching it in is weak sauce IMO. A starting QB repeatedly trolling an opposing coach is a trash move. Cignetti will hold on the receipt.

I get it Coach...Regardless the perspective, there was no need to punch it in at the end lined up in a victory formation. There was no need for a starting QB to troll a coach in front of the cameras. I get you explain why it may happened, but it should not have. Ryan Day is who he is, and I get that. You use the term Yapping Yorkie...I call it a one time attempt at a basketball game to fire up a crowd and help them think differently...what could happen. Perhaps he would have been better served holding up a Ted Lasso Believe sign, but most have zero issue with what he did to fire up a fan base and try to get them to have a different vision than their traditional bottom feeder view. Ryan Day has never, ever been in those shoes and I can see why his ego couldn't handle it. An ego developed while not earning a ton with an elite program. Anyway, we see this one differently...I will not justify his actions or that of his QB. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well!!!
