  1. I LOVE everything about this car, except the spoiler. It just seems to not fit, or be out of place. https://www.chron.com/news/us/article/Ford-shows-most-powerful-street-legal-Mustang-14280473.php?utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_source=facebook.com here is another link if the facebook one I just posted does not work. https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/15/business/ford-mustang-shelby-gt500/index.html FTA: “The car starts at $73,995 including shipping and a $2,600 gas-guzzler tax. Ford says it hasn't finished fuel economy tests.” I love that line about not finishing the fuel economy tests lol. I stayed away from the 5.0 because of how bad it was, I cannot imagine what this thing will get. Of course, anyone who buys one of these is not even thinking or caring about fuel economy. But damn, just take my money.
  2. Either option is fine with me. If we are getting tax dollars from the same pot, then all should play by the same rules, or stop taking the tax dollars.
  3. Good for this young man for taking a stand. So a school system that receives tax dollars is allowed to discriminate in its hiring and firing processes, is also allowed to discriminate against its students? Who gets in and who stays or goes? https://www.advocate.com/commentary/2019/7/30/i-wont-let-catholic-church-silence-any-more-lgbtq-students?fbclid=IwAR0ms-FHTwY66UtcxBy8cTdUWmijxzOjXogJxW697Fq-jpQEqN2eebyovmM
  4. I was thinking the IHSAA said no a couple years ago now to midnight practices. The reasoning is that it would require players and coaches to meet at a time on a Sunday. Maybe they have backed off of that?
  5. I did not see Jamie taking such an active role in this. Great episode again, and the real enemies to Yellowstone are revealed. I cannot wait to see the meeting between, John, Jenkins and the tribe.
  6. Simply getting rid of the success factor gets back to an even greater flaw; classification based solely on enrollment, with no consideration given to the number of students in a given building who cannot participate due some physical and/or mental limitations. The use of the West Noble basketball team is simply a good example of why the original proposal submitted by the IFCA of using a four year count makes much more sense than two years.
  7. I would be curious if it could turn into a class action against the diocese? I know of others who have been through this without any publicity.
  8. Kind of sad to see the coach genuinely pissed enough to throw his hat. There are just some moments you have to laugh.
  9. More fake news, huh? This is NOT Saul Alinsky’s writing. Funny that someone so critical of an investigation that just finished cannot spend the time to fact check the things he posts.
  10. There is only one thing I would change in regard to this post. New Pal is a solid example of what extra time, effort, energy, and focus can do for a program. But if we compare enrollments of non public schools and the areas they draw a decent portion of their athletes from; urban schools, then the contrast is much more drastic. Bishop Dwenger has a great program. I look forward to seeing what they can do in 5A. A snapshot of Dwenger’s sectional the last several years paints a more clear picture of the notion that attendance as the only factor to determine classes is highly flawed. I don’t know the numbers at other schools, but at NH, 10% of our population is special ed. A majority of them are not able to compete in athletics, much less be in Core 40 classes. Some of those students, based on age alone, would not be eligible if they could participate. The impact of that population at most non public schools is minimal at best, or just non existent. All that said, I am not a fan of separating schools. I do like the success factor, but would prefer the original proposal from the IFCA using 4 years instead of 2.
  11. Jamie is a character I dislike more and more as the show goes on. I guess that means the actor is doing a fantastic job, right? lol. So who dies (disappears) Jamie, or the reporter? Based on the previews, it appears a new coalition between Jenkins and Dutton is forming? Does Dutton explain how the tribe has screwed him over? On a side note, Dish had the episode number wrong. This was episode 5 last night, right? Dish has it as episode 6.
  12. You are correct on all points, but the question was directed to Howe for a reason. His complete loyalty to all things Trump, and utter disdain for anything NOT Trump, are the reasons I asked him. I could have worded it better, I own that.
  13. Would you consider those “fine people” holding nazi flags lower on the scum scale (worse than) than the media you refer to here?
  14. So much for his campaign promise to eliminate the debt in 8 years.
  15. Are the straws made in China too? Asking for a friend. 🤣
  16. 5A was planned that way. 1A through 4A are maxed out at 64 teams each. So the bumping is necessary. 6A is set at 32, and will not change. 5A started at 32 as well, but the intent was to have additional teams added once the smaller classes were set.
  17. Racks is ok for me. My issue is they keep raising prices and the service is lacking most of the time. I did get ticked too when they started charging 4% more for using a card to pay and not cash. I also know that VooDoo is going to close down. The OTB part of it is going to expand, and allow for gaming machines.
  18. I did not read it that way. The way I saw it was that so few people voted for either party, that the ones who do not vote need to just see they could make a difference. I can see how you saw it another way though.
