  1. Just a reminder to avoid posting rumors or hearsay.....thanks
  2. One owner made a great point about this being a slippery slope. This is the first thing that can be reviewed based on no call made on the field. I know it was a horrible call. I think there are better ways to ensure an official does not make that mistake again.
  3. I am guessing a LOT of bad publicity made them change their minds??? The owners were dead set against this just one day ago, according to the many "insiders" for the various networks.
  4. Well that was a fitting end to this mess of a season. And now Archie is on the clock. Step up and exert your influence on this team. If any Crean carryovers are a problem; move on. Also, Bye bye Romeo....thanks for nothing, and have fun in the D League. Something is amiss in Bloomington; you can only fire and hire so many coaches before you have to say something else needs to change.....that said, is it that IU's coach's are just too honest? They refuse to "buy in" and pay for top players like the programs that are consistently at the top are paying?
  5. I guess I won’t be running when I am in Florida next week. These gators are too smart.
  6. Will this change in 2020? https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjH64Hllp7hAhUEZN8KHWtlDl0QzPwBegQIARAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.washingtonpost.com%2Fnews%2Fposteverything%2Fwp%2F2017%2F10%2F24%2Ffarmers-voted-heavily-for-trump-but-his-trade-policies-are-terrible-for-them%2F&psig=AOvVaw2G4Kc9aSnO7J7lDizG1ctp&ust=1553633728004829
  7. I watched Mayor Pete on a town hall meeting on CNN. I was very impressed. At that time, I thought this is by far the most formidable opponent to Trump that is running so far. He is not a career politician, is a veteran, is highly intelligent, and communicates very well. I think he could alsopick up support from a group I think will be the X factor in 2020; the Republicans who do not like Trump.
  8. Just what happened. That was a LOT of people dying there. I guess the point was to show just how evil alpha is.
  9. We have been through ALICE training in our district, and in 17 buildings, we never saw anything even close to this kind of nonsense. What is pathetic as well, is on IndyStar's facebook page, just how many people support what was done here.
  10. as a U2 fan, this is funny. My students will even talk about this happening to their phones.
  11. Well, this is sad news. https://www.theonion.com/velociraptor-from-jurassic-park-dies-1819590267?utm_medium=SocialMarketing&utm_source=Facebook&utm_campaign=SF&utm_content=Main
  12. yeah...he can take that stance; it's no skin off his back. If he sticks to this stance, he may face some stiff competition. He may be wondering what all the flap is about.
  13. I am curious to see how the list grows. For those that have followed the changes closely; is basketball experiencing the high turnover rate in head coaches that we have been seeing for several years now in football?
  14. " Well let me ask you a question. Am I the Ultimate Fighting Champion?" lol
  15. No Al Bundy, huh? Well, I guess EVERY bracket ever created will lead to a discussion of who was left out 😄
  16. Well, the Packers sure made it look like all talk in the Super Bowl.
  17. The NIT makes me nervous....a bad showing by IU could set the program back for YEARS. The last part of the first half looked to be heading down that path. Looks like a good ass chewing from Miller woke them up at the half. Langford sitting out????Is this equivalent to star players in football sitting out their bowl games to stay healthy for the combine? I still say if the NBA is on his mind for next season, it will be a HUGE mistake.
