That being said, I liked this early-season heavyweight matchup.

Following my tongue-on-cheek remark, I was extremely impressed: The team did not give the game away in the fourth per usual. Other than a few drops, the passing game was effective. Horvath ran the ball very well and Dourue had a decent day. The defense was extremely effective and the kicker, Fiernan was lights out.

A little of both but the Badgers got to the one yard line more than once and came away with nothing. Their tailbacks and Sasquatch OL should normally shine in those situations.

I thought Wisconsin’s offense was extremely weak.

I knew it wound be a good game as it did make me laugh at some of the prognostications, NP by 20, etc. Both are great squads and I hope the two meet up in the tournament later this fall. As an aside, y’all are wasting your time in the NIC. I’m sure you’d be welcomed with open arms in our league…

I saw on the news that 600 are in quarantine in the Crown Point school district. Although I don't know if that's limited to just the high school or entire district. I do know, however, that 600 is a lot of people and am praying for the wellness and hope it didn't hit the football all team too bad.

Sure I might have seen the coos arresting a young man at a certain gas station across the street from Cedar Lake (the body of water, not the town), but that’s the price you pay for greatness.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t add my two cents. Sandy Pines is a great course, one of the best in the area. I moved to Lowell abutting 15 years ago and have seen a stunning difference in the Southern communities. Much more family friendly and livable.
