That may have been on of the best team victories this old man has ever seen. RL just put it best that a lot of players had a huge hand in getting to Atlanta.

He was faked down by Greathouse, who had a great game! Jeter has had a tough year with a groin injury. It's good to see him come through. Coach Freeman never lost trust in him.

What a game! Maybe God is Irish! He wouldn't let his Mother's team lose tonight! On to Atlanta to play for the Natty! I'm glad I took my blood pressure medicine before the game! I can't wait 'til a week from Monday. It doesn't matter who the Irish play!

Irish converted a 3rd and long!

Another two wrap around scores for the Irish. Three at the end of the half, and seven to start the 2nd half. That shot on Evans may have been a target, but no call.

It's less than two hours to the first semi! The Irish had their customary 7 day turnaround and Penn State had a couple of extra days due to the schedule and the unforeseen circumstances. I believe that won't have much bearing on this game. Both teams know how big this one is. GO IRISH!!!!!!!!!

North Dakota State 35, Montana State 32. NDSU led 21-3 at halftime, but Montana State cut it to three but the NDSU held on. It was a fun game to watch. Montana State had too many errant passes and too many drops.

Well, the Colts finally canned Gus Bradley. He should be one of many but it's a start. It's also being reported that Colt receiver Michael Pittman Jr. played this season with a fractured back. How about that Anthony Richardson?

I've watched some of the FCS playoffs and I've been impressed with Montana State. I'll probably watch at least some of that game tonight.

That's very true, he didn't just break a record, he broke the record of some legendary receivers and a very old franchise.

Ballard, early on in this years as GM, chose Perris Campbell instead of Terry McLaurin. It was a huge mistake, not because McLaurin was a Indy native, because he was vastly more talented than Campbell. Yesterday, Terry McLaurin caught his 13th TD pass of the season, setting a Washington franchise record. Of course I like Terry because I know him, and his dad, from his time at Cathedral, but that's just a side issue. Ballard has gone on to make many other blunders, and some really great moves, such as choosing Jonathon Taylor, but overall the team has suffered since Andrew Luck's late decision to retire, 3 weeks before the season began, and the team just tried for year's to plug in old and inferior replacements. Then the Anthony Richardson pick, someone with just one year of experience as a college QB. That choice is still up in the air, mostly because AR, with all his size, seems to be very fragile. It's just time for Ballard to be replaced by someone with a different view. It's been enough time for Ballard to improve this team. It really hasn't happened.

I hope everyone stays safe today and also stay cool with your beliefs. It's a long off season. August is still 8 months away. Of course there's the CFP and the NFL to keep some of us interested, but the real thing for most of us starts mid August.

More proof that maybe Jimmy should pink slip himself before things really get bad downtown. It's just sad how poorly this team has been run in the last few years. Chris Ballard has to take his share of the blame. It's just a total 56th St. cluster bleep!

I have met Bobref, and he's not a racist of any sort! I sat with him during most of a game between our high school alma maters. And, although I don't always agree with his opinions concerning officiating, I consider him a good friend, as I do others that post here. It seems that most sites have those who just love to stir the pot, and if that's all they have to do, let 'em do it.

The Colts/Jaguars game today should be chosen into the NFL mediocre hall of fame. I read in the Indy Star that tickets went for $2 on the street before the game, and some of that might be from the massive snowstorm that's still going on. I tried to stay awake, but I found myself dozing during this lackluster game. I'm not too sure that the Jags were really playing for a higher draft choice in the OT. It's time for house cleaning! It was mentioned during the game that the Colts lead the league in missed tackles, by a large margin. That was evident again today. Not much pride on the defensive unit most of the game.

That's just awful! Condolences to the family and their friends!

Carmel played pretty well, and the Irish didn't. The Irish missed free throws and layups most of the night but had just enough to win the game. It was not pretty, but in all the years Cathedral has played at Carmel, you can count their good games on one or two hands. It was the second 3 point win in a row after trailing after three quarters. Oh, and the Irish had only one 3 pointer, and that came in the fourth quarter.

Just don't respond to someone that just craves attention!😣
