  1. IMHO, it's about time Colt's coaches start cleaning out their offices. That includes Coach Steichen. Special teams and defensive coach, or coaches, should be looking for work too. And GM, Chris Ballard, should have been gone long ago. The last three games have been totally terrible, and yesterday was the crowning blow. Jimmy needs to clean house! I hate to see folks lose their jobs, but if you're not qualified or not doing your job, then it's time to go.
  2. I'll be watching it live. I couldn't sleep knowing that game is going on! I stayed awake for the 2016 Cubs World Series win, and I had to be up at 5AM for my part time job. I slept good after work though.
  3. Wow, if temp has only been reprimanded twice around here, he should feel blest!
  4. But 33 points should have been enough against a team averaging less than 14 a game.
  5. I can nap during the day. It's a benefit that comes with retirement.
  6. The defense just couldn't cover or tackle anyone today. It was the Giants third win of the season, and their first at home. They were averaging less than 14 points a game before today. The Colts had no business being in the playoffs anyway.
  7. Yep, they sure did! And that game one's arguably the best Bowl game of the week.
  8. New York football Giants 45, Indianapolis non football Colts 33. It has to be one of the most embarrassing losses since the Colts moved in 1984!
  9. I haven't been offended too much since I divorced my first wife back in 1967. And I giggle quite frequently, it helps me stay sane.
  10. I wonder the last time Army AND Navy won a Bowl Game in the same season? Iowa State and Miami was an entertaining game to watch, unless of course you love to see defense. BYU is whippin' up on Colorado too. I can't keep up with the names of the Bowls, so I don't even try. I did chuckle at the Pop Tarts Bowl name though.
  11. I was born July 3rd, 1943, so yes I'm 81 years old, not that it really matters except I've seen a lot in those years, some I can still remember.
  12. This was played at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati at the Holiday Hardwood Classic. I was unable to find a live stream so I have not stats except the final score, and the Player of the Game was Cathedral's Julien Smith.
  13. Racism seems to be rearing its ugly head. It's a shame!😒
  14. If I had a vote, it would have gone to Jim Brown, hands down. He was dominant, and his domination continued in his somewhat short NFL career. He wasn't a terrible actor either. I have always been a Notre Dame fan, but Paul Hornung was not the best player that year. You have to remember the time. 1956 was still quite eventful for people of color.

  16. I lived the 1950's and I know some things. Most folks of that era remember the "whites only" signs and the open hostility to those who were different. When I was in the US Army, one of my best friends was an African American and we were thrown out of a lot of places because of his color, and that was in the late 1960's Oh, he was a technical advisor for CBS News, but it just didn't matter in Louisville, KY. It lasted for a long time.
  17. JT Whitaker is the new head football coach at Warren Central. IHSAA football: Warren Central hires Brownsburg OC JT Whitaker as coach
  18. Obviously, it didn't matter to Purdue.
  19. Navy 21, Oklahoma 20 final! I've really enjoyed some of the bowl games this year. Not all are action packed, but some are just a lot of fun to watch.
  20. He's loyal, that's for sure!
  21. I sure can't disagree with that!
  22. LIKE!
  23. I am watching the hilarious Paul Finebaum Show now. He and his minions are still whining about 'Bama being left out, but they don't have a lot to say ab out the inclusion of Tennessee and it's absolute sad showing. I watch Finebaum when I want a laugh. He provides hours of empty SEC babble. I don't understand his lofty standing in the SEC world. Oh and he has a true hatred, yes hatred for Notre Dame, along with almost any school north of the Mason/Dixon line.
