It was a fun game to watch, unless of course if you're a fan of defense. But the Irish actually played some 4th quarter defense to pull this one out. It seems it's always fun when these two teams play.

I saw my first Cathedral game in 1955, while in the 8th grade. I'm not sure this one was one of the best I've ever witnessed, but it was the most fun I've had as an Irish fan for a long time. Hats off to the Trojans for making this a great one! I hope some D1 schools take a look at Xavier Dangerfield! He's a real deal running back and he's only a sophomore! -

I heard on radio that Taylor's ankle sprain was "mild." I also think someone should be highly reprimanded for sending Richardson back in the game so soon, and then run a play that had him running as an option. That's just plain silly! As far as their availability, no news until Wednesday's practice, I would presume.

Nice win for the Colts, 27-24, over the Steelers.

Colts player is blocked into the QB and it's another "roughing" penalty. I understand protecting the QB but those two plays today are head scratchers.

Just as Anthony Richardson looked like he was getting it, he gets injured again. He has to learn he's not invincible when running in the NFL.

It's still early but 'Bama is fired up against Georgia. They're up 14-0 with 3 minutes left in the first quarter and just forced a turnover and are threatening again. Whoops, now it's 21 -0!

Yeah, it's not going to get any better until they can throw the ball down the field some. Riley Leonard isn't the answer. He and Marcus seemed to be a tandem though. I'm not sure they'd win a game if they make the playoff. Oh well, they have a week off to try and get things rolling, if they can.

We had a brown out, but not lengthy outage. I'm thankful for that. On my way to the gym this morning I saw a lot of limbs down bur no trees down. I'm sure glad it's over! -

I live two miles northwest of Ben Davis and it's raining hard, and the trees are really moving as the wind gusts have really picked up in the last 10 minutes or so. It's too dangerous to even be driving to a game tonight around here. -

Washington Commander's wide receiver Terry McLaurin, is a real baller! Just watching him tonight makes me proud that I had a chance to see the same kind of performance 3 years at Cathedral! And, of course, the Colts could have drafted him, but they preferred Perris Campbell.
