  1. No surprise there!
  2. The Colts lose another, but a missed delay penalty and a bogus DPI, helped Houston score the winning TD. The Colts offense has just regressed too.
  3. I made it to the end. Irish win 49-20.
  4. I'm still hanging in there. These two day games are tiring for a man of my age!
  5. Many blessings to you and your family!
  6. I should have said our parish has a Sunday 12:30pm Mass. I'm not going anywhere tonight! tOSU 27, UM 9, final
  7. It wasn't too difficult for the Boilers to be better than they were last year. The record doesn't show it but they were much more organized this season. It's going to take some time to get back on track after the last couple of years.
  8. I'm not sure the reason, but I'll be sleeping in late in the morning. Thank goodness my parish has an early afternoon Mass!
  9. Looks like the old saying, GIGO, garbage in, garbage out. It's just a computer.
  10. I miscalculated the time of the game. IU now is up 28-3 at the end of the half.
  11. Wow! Vandy a football power! Who'd a thunk it!
  12. The Hoosiers are finally rolling after a lackluster first half. 21-3 towards the end of the 3rd.
  13. Notre Dame and Stanford!😊
  14. Doyel is far from infallible, but he nailed this one.
  15. No one seems to want to put the blame on Daniel Jones. It's not the first time he's gotten that look in his eye during a tough stretch. I refer everyone to Gregg Doyel's column in the Indy Star. He pretty much tells it like it was. Also, Coach Steichen gets some credit for his atrocious play calling. Throwing the ball with 5:50 or so to go, and still in the lead, was mind boggling considering you have the best running back in the NFL in your backfield. The Colts didn't even take a minute off the clock in that possession Jones threw the ball into double and triple coverage numerous times in that fourth quarter and overtime. You just can't sugarcoat this loss!
  16. Chiefs 494 total yards offensively, Colts 255 yards of offense.
  17. Chief win 23-20. It was their only lead of the game. Mark this one up to the Colt's offense. It just wasn't there at all in the 4th quarter. Oh, and Taylor only had about 15 carries today. The defense was on the field most of the 4th quarter and OT. I wouldn't be surprised if KC didn't have 500 yards of total offense today.
  18. The Colts defense hasn't been too much either, but they've held the Chiefs to FG's instead of TD's. Only one Chief TD in the game so far.
  19. The offense has gone 3 and out for the third straight time, iirc. They are just inept all of a sudden. Third and one and no conversion.
  20. The Colts have led the Chiefs the entire game, until the game goes to OT on a Chief FG with no time left. Colts win the toss and take the ball. I hope the offense steps up. They had a bad 4th quarter.
  21. Pitt winning also helps Notre Dame.
  22. 70-7 final. Again, Syracuse scored with 6 seconds to play. It was good to see them come away with something.
  23. Irish are p 21-0 and the offense hasn't seen the field yet. Two pick sixes and a blocked punt returned for a TD. 9 minutes left in the first quarter.
  24. Some outstanding grub at the Brau Haus!
