If that wasn't a personal foul I'll eat my shoes! It was called running into the kicker! It seems there's always a pivotal officiating call that goes against the Irish when they play in the state of Florida. It's not a coincident!
This may not end well for the Irish!
That shopping mall is quite full including a Walmart neighborhood market.
I don't have any insight into the dealings with the Arlington field, but I would imagine it would include some dealing with IPS. The situation is now OK as some Cathedral alumni have pitched in to keep the field playable. It would be ideal for Cathedral to be able to own the field and cover it with field turf, but for now it's not a bad situation.
One other positive, albeit a personal one, the game started at 7:30 and I was home on the west side of Indy, Ben Davis area, at 10PM. I like those 2 hour games!
I find some mascots obnoxious or a bit corny, but never scary. It would be interesting to meet those who find Pete, or any mascot, scary. They must be living a real sheltered life.
The husband of a friend's husband died back in 2014. She was selling her winter home and I wife and I went down to help her. It was just a couple of miles from IMG. We passed by almost every day but didn't wander onto the campus. It sure was impressive from the perimeter though.🙂
IMG is indeed not a regular high school program. Their campus is massive and includes a golf course. It is a prep school for athletic purposes only. I agree that they should not be labeled a "high school" by Espn. There are plenty of high schools in the United States of America to fill the needs of Espn.
I would like to see the Irish offense get some momentum and some confidence.
Less than 100 yards in penalties would be a plus also.
It'll be good to get back "home."
