Isn’t NV 2-3 right now with wins over the RP Pretenders and North Central Farmersburg? And after this week they will be 3-3 with wins over the 2 mentioned and the sinking ship that is Rambler Dan? The best thing about the WRC is when the NV Falconmarts are good or “THINK” they’ are good 🤣🤣🤣. The talent discrepancy between the Falconmarts and the Wolfs is so great that it honestly won’t matter if Nick Saban was squaring off against Dabo Swinney in that game. How in the world are the Wolfs going to get beat by the D1’s? The Wolfs will stake claim to being WRC champions in what will go down as the weakest WRC football season in history.

Who cares about what happened to the RP Pretenders in their game with the Falconmart? The Pretenders are used to getting kicked a lot worse than that, so I say water under the bridge and move on. Let’s talk about a way better game on the horizon: the D1’s hosting the Wolfs! I’ve heard it’s visor night and the first 500 paying fans in attendance will receive a replica visor? Talk about a matchup! D1’s average 43 a game and give up 42 a game. Thank goodness they got to play against Marshall’s jv and not Northview or that average could be reaching the half-century mark! The Wolfs score it at 33 a game and give up 27 a game. I would suggest that anyone that likes defense need not attend this epic battle Friday in Clinton. I’m still sticking to my prediction. Let’s put the total at 205 and see what kind of action we can get.

Interesting Friday in the WRC: Like a fine wine, Every season Herbie and the Pats get better with age. Is it time for Attica to Covid-out again? RP = pretenders D1’s scored 33 against a good team. The visor has them gelling at the right time. I’ve heard the D1’s admin are scrambling around to find a football scoreboard next week that has room for a 3rd digit in the points column for both home and away. I’m being told the Wolfs played without their QB the entire 2nd half…and still scored 42 points…wow!

Week 4 in the books and it appears that all is back to normal in the WRC. Wolfs winning again and scoring points. D1’s winning, and Herbie and the Pats starting to make their mid to late season push. Seeger 26, Covington 22. Here come the Pats. FC 3, Attica 2. Epic battle of bad WRC teams here. NV Flaconmart 38, RP Pretenders 26. Is the Mecca Tavern a sponsor for this week? Sullivan 40, D1’s 6. D1’s are about to get waxed 2 weeks in a row. Wolfs 42, Greencastle 6. Wolfs could be turning into a defensive team? Unfortunately this could possibly be the worst WRC from top to bottom in many, many years. But someone has to win it, and I think by default the Wolfs will get the monkey finally off of their back.

Covington 52, FC 12. Mustangs are not good, don’t be fooled by their record. Linton 42, NV 6. Only because Linton will not run it up. D1’s 62, Marshall 0. Rumor is that Marshall will be playing with their JV due to Covid issues. Marshall didn’t want to play, but the D1’s somehow talked them into it. Fighting Herbs 36, RP 12. RP wants to be contenders, they are still pretenders. Herbie will get the boys rolling starting this week. Wolfs 92, Tuscola 12. Wolfs will be looking to come out and prove last week was a fluke. Only thing I know about Tuscola is the outlet mall. Last I checked they don’t sell football players at the Nike outlet store. Is this the worst WRC overall talent level ever in the WRC?

Covington-NV will be an entertaining and competitive game with a lot of points. Falcon Mart pulls out the bag of tricks at the end with a drop kick to win. NV 38, CT 36 Restore the roar in Mustang land. FC 32, Frontier 6 Don't ever count out Herbie and Pats. Seeger 28, Southmont 14 D-1 QB’s don’t lose WRC games…oh wait, my bad. The Visor will be in full effect for Festival weekend. RP’s only chance is to send over a truck load of tenderloins Friday after school. SV and the Visor 58, RP Tenderloins 22 Wolfs are branching out and playing someone that actually has a pulse. Still won’t matter. Nobody can prepare for the aerial assault that the Wolfs bring to the table. AC rushes for 500 yards but it won’t be enough due to the Wolfs throwing for 800. Wolfs 78, Adams Central 50.

I thought the Wolfs had a home game vs Adams Central? Wolfs appear to be a defensive team now. That spells trouble for 1a football teams. How are they 1a in football anyways? It looks like the D1’s have righted the ship. Surely a D1 QB can win a sectional in his career correct? Rambler Dan has the covids again. I’ve heard they are on thin ice with the rest of the WRC? Is Covington the 2nd best team in the WRC? Interesting debate there. Herbie and the Pats are pretty solid also. FC showed that the Stromboli is way better than the tenderloin. Always is. It’s too bad the Wolfs won’t have a competitive game in the WRC this season. Maybe their out of conference schedule will help them this time?

Last I heard, it was up to 6-7 new transfers. The Wolfs must’ve upped their recruiting budget in the off-season.

Please explain to me what is distributed out to the IHSAA membership? Are you talking about any funds collected at the semi-state round or something else?

I guess South Putnams didn’t get the necessary bulletin board material prior to this week to allow them to win?

My guess is that they will allow 12,500 fans to each game and clear out the stadium in between every game. Every ticket will be a single game ticket. They could potentially make more $$ with this method than they have the normal way. Don’t forget, the IHSAA is only plugging forward to make sure they make their $$ off of the state finals!

From the looks of my computer screen it appears South Putnams is not grounding and pounding as predicted? Wolfs must’ve learned how to play D?

Real prediction: Wolfs 48, South Putnams 34. South Putnams will not be able to keep up with the Wolfs’ high powered offense in the perfect weather.

Analysis, ok, I will give analysis. South Putnams will have no answer for Johnson to Johnson, or Johnson to Wood, or Johnson to any Wolf receiver for that matter. The Wolfs will score quickly and on every possession. They say South Putnams likes to run. So South Putnams will grind it out and move the ball against the smaller Wolfs. It will come down to if they turn it over or get stopped. If any scenario like that happens 2 or 3 times the Wolfs will win comfortably. There is your damn analysis.
