Seriously, @temptation, they make the first down on that play they still have to move the ball 40+ yards to score against a defense that had given them nothing the entire game. I get it, blackjack says never punt the ball, EVER. But I think that changes after watching the dynamics of a game through three quarters. Pin em deep, force a turnover, get a short touchdown. Stick with me Temp, you'll learn.

I see his NIL valuation at $2.8 million. That appears to be $1.3 million less than Michigan St. reportedly offered.  
 

Is that $1.3 million difference enough to potentially sway Ewers to ND, generational wealth and all too?

I sure hope that is a HARD pass. I have not been impressed with him. There is a reason he is looking elsewhere....and his name is Arch! I like the QB's the Irish have now. You bring Ewers in and those guys are gone.

And looking at how many underclassmen are in it, I will be curious to see how many go nowhere. Kind of like having a house on the market too long. The value drops the longer it's there. With roster cuts coming next season as well, that only adds to the number who will not land anywhere. Stated it about a year ago, contracts would cut down the use of the portal. Make them 2 year contracts with an option for years 3 and 4.
