I’m not sure of the club you are referencing. I believe our moderator’s have and continue to do an incredible job. Very little thanks for what they do, and guessing they don’t do it for the pay. I know they will deal with most concerns privately, so please think hard about your claims. 
 

I do know this….Bobref is a class individual. That is from my experience over the years reading his words, debating with him, witnessing his interactions with others. You might want to get to know him better before making allegations of racism on an open forum. I bet if you would have shared your concerns privately, you would have experienced positive dialogue. Instead you insulted him publicly. Totally an unfortunate approach. Bottom line, Bob is a good man. 
 

You feel the way you wish…your prerogative. Just don’t expect everyone to buy into your views and I’m darn sure you are no victim. If you find yourself in a hole, my guess is that you dug it yourself.

I have met Bobref, and he's not a racist of any sort!  I sat with him during most of a game between our high school alma maters.  And, although I don't always agree with his opinions concerning officiating, I consider him a good friend, as I do others that post here.  It seems that most sites have those who just love to stir the pot, and if that's all they have to do, let 'em do it.

I have with MANY on here where conversation have been had to try to come to some sort of honest resolution of whatever perceived problem there was, mostly with member on member interactions , etc. 

I even bailed temptation out a few years ago when he was so poor at internetting he posted his entire SCHOOL's screenshot of all his tabs, his school info, etc.   BOY was he FAST to hit the panic button there, but hey, good ole Coach Nowlin from the high arches of the Ivory tower ( node to @Muda69) came in VERY QUICKLY mind you save Temptations incognito status.... 

At this point, I just sit back an laugh the constant energy you all put forth on whatever you want to call this...... Another shout out to Muda, enter the kitty Cat Ping Pong GIF.    Simply astounding 

And yes Temptation, we have always asked for this site to be funded by our members, sorry if that bothers you, you are one of the rare breeds that have found themselves investing their free time on our site, A LOT, and continue to bring negativity to its leadership team and members for what you call "guilt" to be booster,  its disappointing for someone who seems to want to be a prominent member of this online community that you thumb your nose at the mention of said donations.   And don't give met he wrap its because of Gonzoron posting about it, someone "gifted" you your booster status last year, just like someone gifted a booster to a member this year, why, because we have kind humans in community that can respect being a human and just being kind.

If a guy has the time to chase users around on this board begging them for money and correcting all of their grammatical errors, he has WAY too much time on his hands and is capable of much more in order to satisfy his sad life.  Don’t want this dude showing up at my door step like some mistreated ex girlfriend.

Yes, I was gifted booster status last year and for that I am grateful.  There are great/kind folks on this board who appreciate banter and each other’s contributions.  Before that, I gladly donated.

It’s a poor look on your leadership to let certain things ride on here but then dig your heels in on other nonsense.  It’s a thankless job sure, but be consistent.

5-6 solid, knowledgeable posters on here outweigh all of the negativity which is why I keep coming back.  I enjoy the sport and enjoy the back and forth with those posters.  

The smartest thing Ron ever did was put me on ignore (though he’s also gone back on that promise, hence the ex girlfriend reference).  Why don’t you do the same?  Everyone has that option, no?

As stated above, I’ve tried to get this topic back on topic (since it’s obvious nothing is going to be done about Bob’s racist comment).  Just don’t be surprised if, because of the precedent you’ve set, folks continue to push the envelope.

Let me ask you this, if you were a moderator, would you be able to "babysit' adults who you PERSONALLY disagree with?  I just don't see that being a possibility based on your history here.  That has been quite the thing to remember, we have 2 active guys on here, Irishman (more so now after I transferred into El ED PE vs Alt Schoo) and myself.   When I was in a computer lab 180 days, 8 hours a day, I was here daily so perhaps, I caused you angst some time ago, who knows. 

I have personally met and talked to @gonzoron He has been upset with some of my moderation decisions over my tenure, but you don't see him complaining openly about it?   Because I have met him personally, I can attest without a shadow of a doubt, your safety is not in danger, which I am sure you are aware since you love the hyberolic nature of these  things.   

 

Please list your grievances here of what the leadership team has dug heals in on vs letting go other.

Nah, it’s just not worth going round and round.  Getting nowhere.
