Trash talking? Telling the truth about Scumbaugh and his cheating ways is trash talking? Truth telling is not trash talking. I literally don’t see anyone taking your side on this, facts are facts, that you defend it is laughable and pretty sad. I haven’t seen anyone talking trash about IU beating teams, I see a lot of people talking trash bout Michigan cheating to win a title. Facts Quote

IU having its best run in school history and digging up a two year old story (a title which has been validated by the NCAA) is peak little brother nonsense. 136 schools in FBS and the IU fans throwing shade with chubbies because they just won the biggest game in their program’s history. Your agenda is pretty damn obvious. I don’t go to CNN for conservative news…I don’t go to Fox for liberal news…and I don’t go to an INDIANA HIGH SCHOOL message board echo chamber expecting folks to defend MICHIGAN. Difference is plenty of other people jumped on board this time and posted the reality of everything. Whether the timing is poor for you or not, doesn’t change the facts of the situation. SEC schools sure haven’t apologized for cheating to a title, I guess I shouldn’t expect Michigan fans to do so either. But, you shouldn’t get mad at being called out for it… Validated by the NCAA??!! You kidding? Edited October 15, 2025 by Komets2727 Quote

Brass spittoon for MSU Why? IU doesn't cheat at football. Shame the Michigan program under Harbaugh thought that was a needed option. Quote

But hey, that's your character....not mine. I sent you the article about the infractions from Sports Illustrated...you simply made fun of the source. I sent you the listing of Michigan football infractions from the NCAA press release. You conveniently chose not to comment, because anything you would have said there would have simply buried you further down. At the end of the day, Michigan cheated and was caught. You can deflect all you want and throw negatives at other programs. It doesn't change the fact that your program was caught cheating....and you know it. While you can attempt, you cannot change this fact. Accept it like a man and move on..... Quote

He's a terrific coach who always seems to pull off a big upset every season. Mario Cristobal is a better recruiter than he is an in-game coach. That Georgia Tech loss in 2023 where all they had to do was take a knee, yet they ran it and fumbled the ball is inexcusable. He always seems to lose a couple games that he shouldn't every season. Also, you can see how much better Oregon has been under Dan Lanning than they were under Mario Cristobal. 3 Quote

Especially the last one when Miami was in FG range with 30 seconds left. Agree about Brohm. He had an extra week to prepare and he had thst team ready!! Edited October 18, 2025 by Bash Riprock Quote
23andCounting Posted October 18, 2025 Posted October 18, 2025 Serious question. Seems like a double standard. Notre Dame self reports some players cheating on a test (which happens at all universities, but on a larger scale), and the NCAA makes them vacate 21 victories from 2012-2013. The Michigan cheating scandal is much more massive than what happened at Notre Dame (and secretly at every university in the country), but no victories are taken away? How does the NCAA determine which violations constitute stripping away victories? 1 1 Quote
23andCounting Posted October 19, 2025 Posted October 19, 2025 C'mon @temptation. You can't just laugh and not respond. My intent isn't to attack Michigan, I just can't think of another example off the top of my head. It just seems absurd to me that the NCAA took two years worth of victories away from Notre Dame because a few players cheated on a test. The NCAA knows that half the programs in the country don't even send their kids to classes, and their victories are in tact. It's funny how they attacked the smart kids, while leaving the kids who don't even go to class alone. Quote

Michigan chose a great time to violate rules. Temp knows that and the the actions of UM are not defendable. Thats why he deflects, laughs, scoffs at another team, etc. But, he will never step up and admit UM was wrong in their actions. That’s just not in his DNA.
