LOL.

I stated that Michigan was development U on the defensive side of the ball and cited Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant’s high school recruiting rankings in relation to their NFL draft selection…

Compared it to Curry and you got all butt hurt.

Curry is a next level talent for sure but doesn’t change the facts.

You really should seek out therapy with the amount of attempted “gotcha” posts you swing and miss on because of your dislike for me.

To "dislike you" means I had to invest energy with you Temp....that is not the case.  There is no "dislike or like".

Just having fun with you...but you would be lying if you didn't admit you picked fun at the young man...loved playing his commitment video about never losing to Michigan, etc.  I could go back and find you various "pokes" at Curry, but its hardly worth it.

Not all swings and misses....the Unpure Michigan video was 100% you.  I went yard on that one!!

Cmon...Not butthurt...I just thought you comment was dumb stating one has to sit in the stands and can't view it on TV to have a perspective.  I also laughed at "harder" hitting to any team that gives up over 500 yds of total offense, 300+ of those yards rushing.  Whether you want to admit or not, that pretty much means the front 7 got pushed around all game.  Now, does Carroll have impressive hitting safeties?  That I could understand as they clearly had to play hard the entire game.

Not sure why this is so tough to graph.

I just know what I saw. Sure, Center Grove won the game, but my heart sure did go out to a few of their kids when they got their bell rung. Great program though, the better team won. All that matters in the end.

How hot is James Franklin’s seat, after gagging on another one last week, and then losing to lowly UCLA today?

You just can't lose to UCLA this season!  Also, Florida won over Texas in a bit milder upset.

The 60ish million dollars left on his deal might bring the temperature down a bit, but it’s probably uncomfortable.

I forgot about the Pegula money, so, who knows, his seat could be real hot.

The sequence of playcalling by James Franklin at the end of the first half is what we're all going to point to at the end of the season if/when they don't make the playoff.  He should have been way more aggressive in trying to score at that point.  If/when they miss the playoff, the Pegula family (owner of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres) has the money to buy out James Franklin, which is $50 million.

We can all argue about preseason polls and what the polls should look like now, but that's why they play the games and what matters is that the playoff committee gets the rankings correct at the end of the season.

IMO, you can't lose to UCLA this season and be considered for the CFP!

I don't think so either and they'd have to win out to have a chance.  And Penn State never beats that team in Columbus.

Meh, Pegula won’t spend money on the teams he does own….he’s going to shell out $60 million to buy out Franklin? I don’t believe it.

Penn State is definitely at a cross road with Franklin, but they can do a lot worse than a guy who consistently wins 10+ games a year.

Right, but Penn State’s access to Pegula as a donor could free up other donors to collectively oust Franklin—whether he gives to that effort or not. The guy gave over $100 million to fund their hockey program and build their rink about 15 years ago.

I agree that they could do much worse than Franklin.

“Big” game James has to go. He is now 4-21 vs. AP top 10 teams at Penn State. This is the first time since 1985 when a top 10 team lost to a winless that was at least 0-4. 40 years folks!!! He has a $50 million dollar buyout so I don’t know the appetite the donors have. Franklin will never win a natty, that is factual.

Agreed on Franklin. I could understand them wanting to move on in hopes of leveling up; however, getting rid of Franklin can also just as well take them back to 8-4 purgatory.

Now do Northern Illinois…

which was their one and only loss, correct?  PSU has 2 now.  Had ND lost another after NIU, I don't think they would have made it.  PSU would now need to run the table impressively to have a shot.
