Meh. Doesn't matter to me if Fort Wayne is 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. Much respect for the region. I'll be rooting for Merrillville this year.

God bless brother. You have some deep rooted anger toward Fort Wayne. Presuming they have something you want, otherwise you wouldn't be this angry. Is it the 23 state titles? Is it the vast amount of players they send D1 and to the NFL? Did Fort Wayne beat your favorite team recently? Let's get to the root cause of this anger.

That's fantastic. Much respect for Andean. One of the better programs in the state. 

4-2 vs Fort Wayne over the last three decades. They are  5-2 if you include New Haven. But certainly Andrean's 5-2 record isn't the source of your disdain over the Summit City. Tell us, what is it? Share your thoughts so that I can help you.

fort wayne area could only dream of sending as many people to the nfl as merrillville

 

last i checked they had 117 go D1 last year alone

Everyone is playing for second, it will always be that way. Indy continues to grow while Fort Wayne sees minimum growth and the rest of the state remains stagnant. Has nothing to do with football, but if you know something about politics, then you already know. It's no secret that Indianapolis bleeds the tax system from the rest of the state to support their "we want to be like Chicago" agenda. Not that they want that kind of crime, but they want to be known as a MASSIVE metropolis at the expense of the rest of the state. Look no further than the casino that wanted to move to New Haven from Southern Indiana. Politics put an end to that in a hurry. That casino will end up somewhere in Indy. Basically, "if you want to transfer your license, you'll have to go where we tell you." I could go on and on, but I won't. This relates to football in that Indy Suburban schools will continue to grow and distance themselves from the rest of the state. There is no other option than playing for 2nd. Harsh, but true.

No arguments here. 
 

But I think most Indy politicians would be pissed at any insinuation they’re trying to be like Chicago (but those bozos couldn’t dream to match the corruption in Chicago politics). 

 

I’ve said before on here there’s a reason the rest of the state just keeps getting worse and the donut around Indy keeps getting richer.

I may be excited to see a competitive 6a game in the state finals

 

But 4a as a class has a lot to offer for the full tournament this year.
