In this case, AHS had to accept the penalty in order to take the TD off the board. Since the clock ran out, EHS gets one UNTIMED DOWN... they then scored. Absolutely adjucated correctly, no matter what the broadcasting team was screaming about. 1

Yes, the call was correct but it is only because a score was the result of the play from the way that I read the rule. Now the question is this, had Alex declined the penalty, which they were up 2 after the TD, would Eastbrook get an opportunity to go for a PAT?

Much more time would have gone off the clock. 2

Felt like the refs missed a forward lateral and a holding or two during the play, but I understand the chaos of the moment. At the end of the day Alexandria has to find a way to get him on the ground.
