Of the 22 schools ahead of Indiana...

Only one school has less kids committed, 3 schools have the same amount, the 18 other schools have more players committed.

So no... not quantity, its quality.

DT lies again.

IU ranked #35 with four 3 star recruits.

So you admit you dont stop trolling. Why do you enjoy it so much? Did you struggle to make a varsity team as a kid? Are you struggling as an adult now? I'm just so confused.

Again... IU ranked 23rd on Rivals. Deuces cupcake.

Come to Hoosier Sports Nation or Btown Banners. Please.

You cant even quote me because you know how off you are lol man. Just stop.

Many schools have pulled back on recruiting due to CV, hence the rankings at this point in time are not reflective of what they will be at the end of the cycle.  IU likely has more players committed than other programs, giving them a higher ranking.  The Hoosiers ranking however is more based on qty than quality.  Anytime IU can break into the Top 40 in recruiting should be considered a HUGE win by Allen and his staff.  IU historically has ranked in the mid 50s

Mack Brown and Schiano early returns by name only brings in some early opportunities.

Both are having a huge impact.  Look out for UNC.  They will be the program that knocks Clemson off the top of the ACC.

Nice **** DB pickup for IU.  Thats a qualoity piece of recruiting by Allen and his staff.  Any IMG connection with this kid?

LOL, they’ll be 11th in the Big Ten when the cycle ends...it’s early.

It’s very early, and the early Spring is never the time to beat your chest over the better than mediocre but not quite elite recruits.

Hoosiers need to aim for the ceiling on Tanona and Center Groves Caden Curry, the top offensive and defensive linemen in the state Class of 22.

Will be watching this one closely to see if Allen can close these two blue chippers.

Last week was a big one for Tanona.... THE Ohio State University and Notre Dame added to his belt. He is quickly becoming the most sought after player in IN 2022 class.

West Lafayette's Yanni Karlaftis trims his offer list to four schools - Purdue, Wisconsin, California and Oregon, respectively.

Thanks for the info.  Hoping he keeps it local, but Oregon and Wisconsin are some pretty established names.

Here’s Cal’s notoriety (other than where Aaron Rodgers played)

If you want to throw it 6 times a game to below avg receivers it's a fantastic school for a QB.

Easy there, Big Shooter, Ol' Bucky is starting to get some 4 star TE and WR prospects taking offers. With Graham Mertz (Wisconsin's first ever true 4 star QB signee) waiting in the stables, Barry Ball will evolve into a more pass friendly offense.starting in 2021. If the OC knows he has another stud like this Allen kid hanging in the stables too, doubt the OC would go back to the old ways of run 40 times a game that soon.....

I would also look to the SEC with LSU/Alabama.  historically they were ground and pound teams. But when you have the QB talent to trust and the receivers around him, you gotta make that change.

no doubt burrows/tua were elite college players so we can’t just say any team can do it.  But it’s certainly possible and maybe the QB is better than what we think if he starts getting the chance to throw it 30 times a game

take the Russell Wilson transfer for example. The best thing Brett Bielma ever done was listen to his OC when he said we can spread it out with Russell under center. And that they did. I'm hoping wisdom of the football gods bestows upon the coaches in Madison and they evolve their offense. And to be honest, they will have to evolve because they don't have Taylor. Jonathan Taylor was an unexpected surprise to everyone with how well he did. Not to say there's not another Taylor waiting in the wings, but if there is, he's not being planned on.
