MSC-PLAC 2022

Tough one for my Jackets Friday night.  Totally controlled the first quarter, then ran out of gas in the 2nd quarter and beyond. Luckily should get some guys illegible after this week at the skills positions, so time will tell.  Curious to see how we respond. Seems like Coach Lowe has Valley rolling again.

Clarksville at West Washington

Corydon at Paoli

Crawford County at Eastern Pekin

Forest Park at Perry Central

Mitchell at Springs Valley

Charlestown at Brownstown

Salem at Silver Creek

Scottsburg at North Harrison

WW seems to always struggle with speedy backs. Afraid Clarksville RB will be too much. Hope im wrong. I'll most likely be at SV/Mitchell game this week so curious how both teams are.

The big question to be answered this week is, how good is Charlestown?

Would also shed some light on how Corydon is this year. 28 points is nothing to shake a fist at against an always sound Brownstown team. That's considerable improvement considering they only scored 64 points all season last year.

Clarksville seems to be improving each year. Jumping out of the MSC was a good move.

I believe I had 6 correct, not that it matters, but please check my math.  Booneville, WW, Valley, PC, Brownstown, and NH?

Howdy folks; been a bit since i have been on here.  Listened to the Brownstown game. Sounded like flashings of the BC team of olden times, but then mistakes and errors seemed to allow for some unnecessary scoring from Corydon. It is a young Brownstown team. Give credit where it is due to Corydon for putting up some mid game scores, but still, with some discipline this BC team sounds capable.  Hawkins struggles against May generally, i think they are 4-11 favoring Brownstown (with one of those years of Hawkins at Silver Creek). The first game of the year is all about getting the jitters out from the intensity of the first 'real' game of the year, so hard to judge, how good Corydon, CT, and Btown are, but the SC/CT score is/was rather surprising. Gonna be a fun game Friday, I think.
