All teams would be allowed 14 games per year. (Semi-state winners get 15 games. 6a-5a schedule a week 10 game.) The regular season and championship bracket would stay as is. The extra consolation postseason games would be determined with a swiss-system tournament. This consolation tournament would exist for the purpose of creating competitive match ups and playing more football. There would be no trophy at the end of it.
