  1. Past hour
  2. North Central has a few elite offensive playmakers. There offense has the potential to make a lot of games interesting. Tech, to be nice, is really bad. Noblesville would have been better off playing their own JV team. Michigan City looked very small and Hanover had the clear talent advantage. This could be a bounce back year for Hanover Central. How about Crown Point vs. Lowell? RDP has been outscored 208-28 going back to the 2022 game. Is it time to shelve this classic rivalry? Crown Point would be better serviced to schedule outside of the Region in Weeks 1 and 2.
  3. Batesville at Milan, 7 pm Connersville at Franklin County, 7 pm East Central at New Palestine, 7 pm Greenfield at Lawrenceburg, 7 pm Shelbyville at Rushville, 7 pm South Dearborn at Switzerland County, 7 pm South Decatur at Greensburg, 7 pm
  4. Quick recap for you: Panther defense gave up 37, 45, 48, 63, and 97 yard td runs. Think about that for a minute. Also gave up 478 rushing yards!!! There are no words for how bad the defense was… Offense looked better than last year. QB Johnson had a good game and the run game was solid. Unfortunately, when they needed a couple first downs to out the game away, they couldn’t do it
  5. North Judson @ LaVille Boone Grove @ South Central Taylor @ North Miami West Central @ Culver Triton @ Bremen Winamac @ Frontier North White @ Caston Pioneer @ Knox
  6. Rough, rough start for the Central Indiana boys. 1-7 in the conference, and the one win was a 4-point game against a team with 142 straight losses. On to Week 2. Sheridan at Alexandria - Alexandria outplayed Greenfield-Central for 45 minutes but couldn't finish. They'll figure it out this week. Alex wins 49-28. When was the last time an Alex back sat at roughly 500 yards after week 2? Wyatt Fuller might be flirting with it by Saturday morning. Wes-Del at Blackford - Wes-Del gets another one, but not by 70. Blackford plays them tougher, I'm hoping. Wes-Del wins 35-14. FW Concordia at Eastbrook - Adamson & Co fix went wrong last week and take it out on Concordia. Kelly is going to be tough with a few more starts under his belt. Elwood at Tri-Central - I feel like these two are sister programs. Sad that both of these programs have fallen to where they currently are. Tri-Central wins a slugfest, 16-6. Lapel at Frankton - Lapel looked really good against Hamilton Heights, and Frankton not so much against Tipton. In my opinion, Lapel has a great chance to represent the north in 2A. Madison-Grant at Southwood - Madison-Grant was the only winner, narrowly escaping Bellmont. They'll bully Southwood and have their way again this week. Bud's boys won't have much for Brady's. MG wins 35-7 Mississinewa at Marion - Mississinewa had ugly, old tendencies show with 100+ penalty yards. Like Alexandria, I felt like they outplayed Norwell and just came up short. No Mondays is weird to see as well. Marion won't put up much of a fight, and the Tribe gets things rolling early. Mississinewa wins 42-7. Oak Hill at Norwell - Oak Hill played a tough Eastern team really well. Sectional 35 will be fun with those two and Tipton squaring off. Oak Hill gets it right this week and wins 34-21.
  7. Attica vs Tri County - Attica may not be as improved as expected, but Tri County may not win a game this year. 20-13. Covington vs Purdue Englewood - What is this pick up? What is an Englewood? Are the Trojans cherry picking Ws, or could they genuinely not find a team to play. Fountain Central vs Crawfordsville - FC lost a VERY tough one last week, and Crawfordsville won a very close one. ThePrince is probably jumping for joy in Herb's basement that Earls didn't pull off the week 1 win against SM that Herb never could. Give me Crawfordsville in a 21-12 game. NV vs Paris - NV played NC a little closer than I expected. I don't know how Paris is but they got close W last week. 28-7. Seeger vs BC - Both teams coming off a loss last week. Ill take Seeger here in a very close one. 21-20. SV vs Sullivan - SV has an impressive backfield that will be able to make plays, but I don't think their defense is up to par yet. Especially not this week when they have to go up against one of the states best RBs. Ill take Sullivan 41-14. PH vs WV - Both teams coming off a loss last week, but I will give the edge to PH this week. 34-28. RP vs Tri - RP by 1000.
  8. I think Elwood hanging in there with Southern Wells is the best story...considering they almost didn't have a program two weeks ago
  9. 11 man or 8 man... a certain someone at SN can really coach some ball...
  10. Massey Ratings: (N) Reitz (+1) vs Tri-West, 52% chance of winning for the Bruins Castle at Mater Dei (-6), 58% chance of winning for the Wildcats Central (-14) at Bosse, 72% chance of winning for the Bears Memorial (-17) at North, 80% chance of winning for the Tigers Harrison at Jasper (-34), 97% chance of winning for the Wildcats
  11. After week 1 I'm curious on official's opinions on the new mechanics, specifically kickoffs and scoring kicks.
  12. Today
  13. "Hush little babies don't say a word..."
  14. The Vincennes might be Alices in Wonderland
  15. So what did everyone think of the Week# 1 Games Northridge Offense must be something to put up 60. Warsaw with an exciting win over Snider and Concord a close loss to Elkhart. Wawasee and Goshen still struggling. Mishawaka looks dominate. Plymouth losses in a close one. Biggest surprise to me was Northwood losing by 38. Who were at games and what did you see from your team?
  16. Week 2 Games: Cloverdale at North Putnam Eastern Greene at North Knox North Central at North Daviess Bonus Game of the Week: Castle at Mater Dei
  17. It's a work in progress. You're welcome.

  19. Week 2 is here. North Judson @ LaVille Boone Grove @ South Central Taylor @ North Miami West Central @ Culver Triton @ Bremen Winamac @ Frontier North White @ Caston Pioneer @ Knox
  20. Week 2 Pick’em 🏈 Corydon @ Paoli Crawford County vs Brown County Forest Park @ Perry Central Mitchell @ Springs Valley West Washington @ Tell City Charlestown @ Brownstown Madison @ Jennings County Salem @ Silver Creek Scottsburg @ North Harrison
  21. Yorktown is poised for a big year me reckons Happy for SN winning a 8 man game. Lawrence North hung there and wheels fell off vs Brownsburg Carmel opened their new updated stadium with a big showing. NEW PAL winning also against Glenbard is a very good win as well.
  22. I think more and more folks should start to really study it and understand it is FOOTBALL, just a bit smaller field and 3 less players. I am happy for my SN friends who are able to still coach and players play the game each week.
  23. Still trying to find out what happened at end of game, if you have info, let me know
  24. I think people expected more from Pike Central as well. But it's Pike Central, so you never really know what to expect.
