  1. Past hour
  2. Maybe there’s more to it than my lizard brain can process, but some outcomes were a bit surprising: Milan beating Rushville Yotktown destroying Anderson…by 83!!! North Central beating Brebeuf Warren Central slipping by Center Grove Noblesville annihilated Tech Hanover Central took care of Michigan City Are we in the end of days? BTW, South Newton won their inaugural 8-man tilt against Waldron.
  3. Today
  4. Week 2 Pick’em 🏈 Get your picks in by Friday @ 7 PM. Good luck! 👊 Corydon @ Paoli Crawford County vs Brown County (Game played @ Mitchell) Forest Park @ Perry Central Mitchell @ Springs Valley West Washington @ Tell City Charlestown @ Brownstown Madison @ Jennings County Salem @ Silver Creek Scottsburg @ North Harrison
  5. It sure looks like the Colt starters better stay healthy this season. The Falcons non starters had their way yesterday.
  6. Snider choked the Warsaw game away, plain and simple. 97 yard td with under two minutes to go? Inexcusable!!! Up 12 points with under six minutes to go… Not buying Warsaw one bit. Likely will see them again in sectionals
  7. I'd like to see a few more weeks first. Warsaw was down 30-18 in the 4th and we don't really know how good Snider is yet. We know both teams struggled last season. It's hard to jump to a conclusion until we see them face someone other than themselves. Still throwing darts this time of the year when it comes to polls. I'll give them HM if they beat Northrop next week. But I'd do so reluctantly. We don't know anything about Northrop right now other than they are loaded with talent. New coach, lots of questions. The Tigers need to earn their way back, last season was bad.
  8. I think Warsaw needs to be in HM or TtoW
  9. Nope, just a wait and see.
  10. Carroll at Center Grove this Friday will be interesting.
  11. They're a talented team, probably in the top 20 in the state. However, With the brutal MIC schedule they play they probably finish 4-5. I think they beat Zionsville, Pike, and North Central, and lose to Lawrence North, Warren Central, Center Grove, Ben Davis, and Carmel. Jeffersonville is an easy opponent for LC to play, but you've got to celebrate every win you can get when you're projected to lose more games than you win, especially with the margin of victory LC had.
  12. I think Floyd Central has the better team and playing at home will be a massive advantage as they’re expecting a sellout on Friday. It still won’t be easy. Honestly, last year, FC came out with the worst 1st qtr I’ve ever seen. First play of the game for Floyd Central, they throw a flare screen and it’s fumbled and they recover on the 20. Scored a TD. Whiteland kicks the ball off. Floyd Central fumbles it. Whiteland Scores again. FC goes 3 and out. Holds Whiteland to 3 and out. Whiteland punts the ball. Muffed punt. Recovered by Whiteland. Moral of the story. I think if FC can take care of the football Friday, they’ll get this one.
  13. Batesville East Central Connersville Lawrenceburg Franklin County
  14. We’re loyal to you, Newton High! Our opponents we all will defy…
  15. Indianapolis Christel House Indianapolis Arsenal Tech Indianapolis Tindley Indianapolis Crispus Attucks Indianapolis George Washington Indianapolis Purdue Polytechnic Englewood d
  16. Let’s look at their schedules: HSE Carmel - loss North Central - win Avon - loss Fishers - win Westfield - loss Zionsville - loss Noblesvilke - loss Franklin Central - win Brownsburg - loss Record - 3-6 Fishers Carmel - loss Lawrence North - loss Noblesville - win HSE - loss Brownsburg - loss Avon - loss Franklin County - win Westfield - loss Zionsville - win Record 3-6 Any questions?
  17. DT would be more appropriate for this topic. But no, I march to the beat of my own drum. Thanks for your insight.
  18. Huh. Ok Never made the connection.
  19. You think HSE and Fishers will end up 3-6 or 2-7 because they got waxed by Carmel and Carroll. One could actually argue that those are the two best teams in the state. I'm not ready to throw those two teams under the bus just yet.
  20. Read the post and it's clear what its to. Silly to say FC is a heavy favorite, though. Whiteland also handled East in the scrimmage.
  21. Brutal first game welcome to 8-man with Waldron on Saturday. ISD's going to be no picnic either. At least they get Morristown for a potential uptick to the end of the regular season.
  22. Just seen injuries in Paoli game has caused paoli to cancel JV Monday against Jennings County. Hopefully Paolis numbers aren't that bad and they can get some in. On other hand if you're looking for a JV may call Jennings County.
  23. Association always promoting playing vs not playing: Been more push to get behind 8 man, which I think is most logical if the goal is to play the great game of football.
