  1. As far as non confederacy monuments; it's a different discussion. They are not dedicated to those who committed treason. As with SOOOOO many discussions people have, or try to have with you on here; you just go round and round and round and round and round.....so boring. I have stated my points....don't like them? I don't care. Don't agree with them, fine. Move along.

  2. Agreed. The reference to the home invasion was made to focus on the plan to disband the police and suggestion to replace them with social workers. It will be interesting to see if social workers will be successful in removing a gang of drug induced criminals from a residents house during a home invasion and robbery.

  3. My apologies, that was very poorly phrased and spelled. What I should have typed was I do not believe it is a Federal responsibility to control the police forces of States and Municipalities. That is what you get when try to multi-task about four things at once......................

  4. I will also say our D despite injuries got better as the season went along. Gavin Fulmer from what I hear will be OL/DL (he was the dc last yr) coach. He played OL at Anderson. He was on a sectional winner and his little brother is Cooper Fulmer who as a young kid battled cancer during our 2012 season.

  13. Get over yourself; you are such a drama queen...lol I never used the word celebrated. And, it's "no matter" lol Yes, by all means you can assume I tacitly support such treatment of POW's.....Geeeeeezuz; so dramatic. Unbelievable. He has not, but I would be fine with that. There is however a marker in Crown Hill Cemetery where the remains are buried; which is also fine, and in my mind appropriate.

  15. Memorial to those who died at Camp Douglas.....placed where those soldiers were buried. And from Andersonville, GA, a National Historic Site; now part of the memorial dedicated to all American prisoners of war. https://www.nps.gov/ande/learn/index.htm The key is that both these monuments are in the place where they should be; not just some random place, especially a place chosen by the KKK. These are appropriate ways to remember what had happened. As stated, there is a marker to identify where the soldiers from Camp Morton are buried.

  16. No, a lot of the articles about the Russia Investigation provided facts. YOU ARE A TRUMP SUPPORTER. You guys don't believe in facts! You only believe what Trump tells you! And that's the problem! Many times, his statements have been proven wrong yet yall don't care cause you don't care about truth. Its a cult. You can't tell whats true and what's a lie.. Even when facts are presented that debunk your theories. Dang Irish. Keep it up. You are making look Howe worse than he already does (which is a right wing nut job)

  17. That is an inaccurate statement. Your opinions are simply that-opinions, but you rarely state your opinion, except for your derogatory remarks about so-called "libtards". Mostly you post videos made by someone other than you containing some crackpot conspiracy theory. That's not an opinion, even if anyone did watch them. I certainly don't. Your delusions are certainly fun to laugh at, so keep 'em coming. And if you don't like the moderators, too bad. Stop whining. It's a free website, also free for you to stay away. Either way is fine by me.

  28. This is a not a monument celebrating the confederacy, not matter how hard you want to make it one. It memorializes the confederate prisoners of war, "traitors" as you paint them, who died due to Union neglect and malfeasance. So one has assume by your indifference to this fact that you tacitly support such treatment of prisoners of war.

  29. Media Outlets Stir Racial Strife and Slander Trump for Urging Governors to Protect People’s Rights https://www.justfactsdaily.com/media-outlets-stir-racial-strife-slander-trump/ I really don't care what Mr. Trump says or doesn't say anymore, but this blatant twisting of facts by the mainstream media in order to support their totally leftist agenda of starting a race war in order to unseat Mr. Trump in November is sickening.

  37. Trump to resume trademark rallies after coronavirus hiatus https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-to-resume-campaign-rallies-after-coronavirus-hiatus President Trump will resume hosting campaign rallies sometime in the next two weeks, returning one of the president's most potent weapons to his arsenal as the 2020 campaign season enters a pivotal stretch, Fox News is told. Trump had suspended the rallies, which energize his base and allow his team to collect a treasure trove of voter data, in early March amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Americans are ready to get back to action and so is President Trump," Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale told Fox News. "The Great American Comeback is real and the rallies will be tremendous. You’ll again see the kind of crowds and enthusiasm that Sleepy Joe Biden can only dream of.” As late as March 9, Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, remarked that going to campaign rallies may not be a bad idea. DEMS WHO ENFORCED STRICT CORONAVIRUS LOCKDOWNS ARE NOW OKAY WITH 'BLACK LIVES MATTER' PROTESTS "You know, I can’t comment on campaign rallies," Fauci told reporters. "It really depends. We are having as we all said — this is something in motion. This is an evolving thing. ... If you want to talk about large gatherings in a place you have community spread, I think that’s a judgment call, and if someone decides they want to cancel it, I wouldn’t publicly criticize them." Trump had suspended the rallies, which energize his base and allow his team to collect a treasure trove of voter data, in early March amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Americans are ready to get back to action and so is President Trump," Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale told Fox News. The Dems would destroy America!” The change-up also follows statements by many Democrats in charge of big cities -- including several who once insisted on strict quarantine measures -- championing the nationwide mass demonstrations over the in-custody death of George Floyd, sans social distancing. Epidemiologists, too, have abruptly changed their tune, even though they once said lockdown measures were so important that they justified widespread unemployment and business closures. "We spent the last couple of months being hectored by public health experts and earnestly righteous media personalities who insisted that easing lockdown policies was immoral, that refusing to social distance or wear masks was nigh upon murderous," Jonah Goldberg wrote for the G-File. "They even suggested that protests were somehow profane. But now that the George Floyd protests are serving as some kind of Great Awokening, many of the same are saying 'never mind' about all of that. Protests aren’t profane, they’re glorious and essential—if they agree with what you’re protesting about." More and more states are now reopening pursuant to federal guidelines and local leaders' assessments, and the nonenforcement of quarantine measures during the Floyd protests has left governors with little room to argue for extending the lockdowns. Prior to suspending rallies in March, the Trump campaign had previously been eyeing, but had not yet announced, a rally in Tampa, Florida, on March 25. CORONAVIRUS TIMELINE SHOWS CHANGING RHETORIC ON PANDEMIC The massive events are often an opportunity for Trump to hone attack lines against his opponents -- but also present chances for them to hit back. At a campaign rally in late February, for example, Trump calls Democrats' criticisms of his coronavirus response "their new hoax." More and more states are now reopening pursuant to federal guidelines and local leaders' assessments, and the nonenforcement of quarantine measures during the Floyd protests has left governors with little room to argue for extending the lockdowns. Biden and other Democrats then falsely accused Trump of calling the virus itself a hoax. Several fact-checkers including The Washington Post make clear, Trump was referring to the Democrats' response to the virus.
