I think Carroll and Noblesville would be one hell of a game.

Nonetheless, they're two of the six most respected programs in 6A North (north of Lafayette). It just gives us an idea early on if they are contenders or pretenders. I wouldn't be surprised if Carroll keeps it within a touchdown, nor would be surprised if CG running clock's them. Homestead might surprise some this year. They may not get blown out by the Miller's like you're expecting. In fact, I'll just call that one even up at this point. June 27th, 2025 3:24pm

I have the utmost respect for Bill Marshall at Valpo. Yes they are due for a nice run but I don’t see them getting by CP and Merrillville. I think it’s Merrillville, CP then Valpo in the DAC this year. Team on the rise is LC. Coach K doing a good job with this program. As stated before, CP lost some very good skill players. Tough to replace but I heard Buzea went into the portal and found a QB.

The Tigers were on the field pretty early yesterday morning, so I assume Castle cancelled bc of the heat. Bosse hosted South Spencer and Mt. Vernon on Wednesday night in some 7o7.

The Duneland is a Baseball conference. I'll embrace the Baseball State Titles and be OK with acknowledging Crown Point is a 2nd tier HCC School. Start poaching some of Merrillville's D1 skill talent and it's a different story.

I can save us some time. Crown Point will be the equivalent of a mid-tier HCC team with an inflated record.
