  1. Two quick items: 1. When did Benton Central or Delphi join the WRC? 2. If BC has a D1 talent, he should transfer to LCC, Jeff or Seeger immediately.

  3. A handwritten box score. I remember learning to do box scores that way circa 2007. The book was like 17" x 11.5".

  14. Question for those of who that have submitted picks already and those of you that haven’t. Should we go ahead and include Bloomington South in our pick ‘em this year or wait until next year when they are officially playing HHC football? @Fkfootball @Impartial_Observer @LC_Bears_04

  17. I decided to look into basic data and compared Per Pupil Spending (source: US Census Data), Median Income (source: US Census Data), and Standardized Testing Results (source: Nations Report Card). I just wanted to know more on how Indiana compares since this article used nationwide data. Indiana Rankings PPS: 41st @ $13,622 per pupil (including D.C.) Median Income: 42nd @ $71,959 median family income (including D.C.) 4th Grade Math 2024: 10th (including DoDEA*) 4th Grade Reading 2024: 7th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade Math 2024: 14th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade reading 2024: 7th (including DoDEA*) While I would like Indiana to lead in all aspects as it relates to education, I would say that in comparing spending to performance, we're not doing bad. Some other information from the top and bottom of the list included below. New York - highest PPS, ranked 16th in median income 4th Grade Math 2024: 29th (including DoDEA*) 4th Grade Reading 2024: 26th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade Math 2024: 28th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade reading 2024: 28th (including DoDEA*) Utah - lowest PPS, ranked 10th in median income 4th Grade Math 2024: 6th (including DoDEA*) 4th Grade Reading 2024: 8th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade Math 2024: 5th (including DoDEA*) 8th Grade reading 2024: 9th (including DoDEA*) *Department of Defense Education Activity I know there are more factors that contribute to education, student performance, etc...these are very basic comparisons.
