  1. Not as much as Greg Doyle!
  2. Carson Wentz has cleared Covid protocol and is now on the active list.
  3. Both were similarly dominated by their SEC daddy’s. Both were abysmal in 4th down conversions. Cincy kept it respectable for the most part even though the outcome was never in doubt. I’d take the Bearcats if they had played today.
  4. 1. Nobody knows when the whistle blew 2. The replay kept showing the side judge running up to the play calling for timeout, but no replay showed when he started his run or when he blew the whistle. I suspect it was much earlier.
  5. Gee, sounds a little like the MIC vs HCC argument.
  6. I have to applaud the Tennessee fan base. How many were there? 50,000? Host cities would have to drool every time it's announced that UT is coming to play in their bowl.
  7. Tom Allen’s best recruiting class? 2022. 14th according to Rivals. 19th according to 24/7. Did you not hear about this?
  8. I think you’re the one that has been drinking.
  9. I’m trying to figure out if this is a serious statement. There’s only 32 teams, so show me a sample schedule that doesn’t involve more than 100 miles of travel.
  10. You forgot to add "a game played by children", I swear to god you did!
  11. Avon is planning on breaking ground in late 2022 or early 2023 on the new Easton Grey development, a mixed use community along the White Lick greenway. Along with high-end apartments and townhomes, there will be approx. 850 single family homes, ranging in price from $350k - $750k and up. This will be the long sought "downtown" Avon has been missing. Not all of those families will send their kids to Avon schools, but those that do will only help the F/R/L percentage. I know parents that sought out Avon schools because of their commitment to inclusion. Avon's high graduation rate does not fit in with Marion County school systems. In summary, Avon has no interest in leaving the HCC. And yes, Avon has fielded state level competitive teams in track, wrestling, soccer, volleyball, football, softball, etc. The thing about Carmel is this.... they are going to dominate everyone in swimming, tennis, cross country. Every other sport will be cyclical but they will be top 5 in most. They will be a great challenge to HCC athletics to raise the bar.
  12. So Carmel and CG want a new vision for their athletics because of "culture" differences, but Columbus North wouldn't care?
  13. I guess I’m a jackass for not knowing you better? I can see by a later post that it was sarcasm, but I don’t really get into personalities and the like. So, carry on I guess.
  14. This may be the most ignorant statement I’ve ever read, anytime, anywhere.
  15. IF both are accepted into the HCC, I can see a closed 9 game schedule initially for 2-3 years, just to spite the MIC so they have to look elsewhere to fill their schedule.
  16. Last 20 years........ 1 regional title, 1 semistate title. Other than those 2 years..... no sectional titles. I guess they fail a lot.
  17. So basically, win state and win your class's coach of the year. Seems pretty simple. Am I missing anything?
  18. I don’t know how, because he absolutely crapped his diaper in that super bowl.
  19. Wow. Are you basing this on Georgia's one performance against 'Bama? I think UM can be in this game, but domination by the defense is a reach.
  20. The second I saw the title of the thread I knew who authored it.
  21. Avon QB Mason Reynolds is listed as a junior on the 6A junior all-state team. He’s only a sophomore.
  22. I believe Mr. Football is voted on by the coaches from the position winners only, no?
  23. I patiently read through this thread to see if you had some kind of sound reasoning for this. Turns out you don’t.
