I agree, but do think they need to limit what they give up. But I mentioned Wilson a couple weeks ago as an option. I think he has a few good years left in him at least. I have not seen much of him this year, but it seems he avoids the hard hits.

The guy who caught the Lee Elia rant on tape has passed. I have seen a number of sports guys from Chicago paying tribute to him. The name did not ring a bell until I saw this post. Elia's rant is one of the all time classics.

We had 3 girls at Kokomo; 2 freshmen and 1 sophomore. They finished 3rd in the team scoring. We had a 5th, 6th, and a State Champion. The State Champion is also ranked 7th in the US and won gold for the U15 team at the Pan Am Games this past Summer in Mexico.

Toughest game to date is now up for the Packers. The Niners come in playing well. They did look sloppy lat in the game against the Boys and having key players injured may hurt them, especially if Bosa does not clear concussion protocol. He is a difference maker. Green Bay is healthy at the right time. Alexander and Zadarius Smith are back on defense. Should be a great game. Hard to beat playoff football at Lambeau, and yep, this dude is goin.

As a Packers fan, one common complaint about McCarthy was game management. And even thinking about that last play at that point was a bad idea. Drew Brees said during the pregame of the Chiefs/Steelers game, you need about 20 seconds to pull that off. It did look like they practiced it though, but did not account for the official having to place the ball. That mistake is a coaching error. Penalties killed the Cowboys too. So the extra playoff team and extra game combination may have may for some crazy scenarios at the end of the regular season, the play of the two 7 seeds showed that in football, unlike most other sports, a larger playoff field is not a good thing.

We had coaches down there for that camp with some of our kids. One of them was in the mens room during the break and Harbaugh came in and took the stall next to him…..yep, major faux pas, right? 🤣 It’s just the two of them pissing and Harbaugh says, Damn, this water is cold. My buddy was speechless. Classic moment.

It’s the curse of many of the teams that get beat in the semi final. ND always gets shade thrown at them when they are in the same spot. Cincy is feeling it as well this year.
