But, seeing it happen live, Hill's injury was evocative of McGahee's. 🤮 For a guy near the end of his career, who depends on acceleration and straight line speed in his game, I think it’s very likely we’ve seen the last of him in the NFL. Coach Nowlin Posted October 5, 2025 Posted October 5, 2025 is it really that hard to just carry the ball across the end zone? Arizona deserves all of that loss 2 Quote

("retired" in 2022) That is what makes this most disappointing after attending the Naval Academy and living to a honor code. So much for the code of not lying, cheating or stealing. https://www.usna.edu/About/honorconcept.php 1 Quote
Coach Nowlin Posted November 3, 2025 Posted November 3, 2025 Just a reminder in the ever so immpatient world of MAJORITY of NFL fans and worse....MEDIA....... The QB posistion is a VERY HARD posistion to play and excell at at that level. Is Sam Darnold still a bust? Or did he have a horrific organization thas cannot stop stepping all over themselves. ( yes that is you JETS) Is Daniel Jones a bust ? Me says NO CHANCE So much goes into that posiition and its successes. Just a reminder Quote

Just a reminder Agree Coach...I remember thinking what if Tom Brady and David Carr had reversed teams. Remember Carr being the first round bust for the expansion Houston Texans. That poor guy was pummeled on a horrible team as he was thrown to the wolves. What if Brady was that guy?? Would history be much different? Quote

Coach Nowlin Posted November 10, 2025 Posted November 10, 2025 have you seen the scores and the time of the game of the 4 losses in the 4th quarter.... YIKES I was FLOORED after the penalty he kept the points on the board instead of going up potentially You are up 17-10 with 10 mins to go in the game on the road.... and you will have 4th down and 1 half yard to go.........and you kick a FG........to go up 10 not go for the throat and 14 points ... Even if you miss the the TD, now Chicago has to go 99 yards .......to Tie the game.....when you Defense at that point was playing pretty well. Those are how you get fired in the NFL. The take the points crowd cannot convince me that was the correct decision even in hindsight......gave Bears all the life they needed, giving up only 3 points felt much like a victory in that sequence and catapult the team with new life.....then 20-17.....then Shank Punt.... then 24 -20 in a blink....with a WASHED UP QB to lead the comeback...... Even Reverend Winston ( Jameis ) was pleading with him to go for TD after the penalty...... Quote
