Shame for the seniors at Mcc to have it end like this but this one would have been ugly. Zionsville looked strong against Harrison. Will be a great game against Dwenger coming up. Have to love the Fort Wayne vs Indy matchups in the postseason.

I don't think it is officially a forfeit.  Dropping out for this reason should not penalize a team and counted as a loss.

I think it should be. As tough as that sounds. Zionsville is awarded the Sectional Championship so they get the win. McCutcheon is given a loss. I hate it for everyone involved, but that is the way it is.

I doesn’t go on their record, and shouldn’t. State law

Doesn't really matter after they turn in the equipment. A forfeit is a loss. Nobody cares about records accept the players when the talk about the good days..

So the players get together in 10 years having some Zimas and say remember that game we won by forfeits? No one should get a win or loss because of the covids. Just move on .STATE LAW!

Are they having to declare these forfeits in order to establish home teams as we move through the tourney?

Do they still make Zima?  Or is this so-called hard seltzer the new Zima?  Personally, I miss the old guys from Bartles and James wine coolers.  Now those got the ladies excited!
