Boilernation
Updates so far: DJ Moore says it's different with Williams, "When you turn around the all is just there." ESPN Chicago Bears Beat Reporter says Booker stands out on the field as very long. Phyically looks the part of a good Edge Rusher
Coach Nowlin
Rams game fetched me take home $301, Panthers I took home $234, and of course @Irishman Packers netted me take home $427. What a world !!! Around $950 with both pre season games and Pats (may not sell, Vikings, Lions, Vikings all left. We are going to Home opener!! Negative, I think Illinois, maybe it was the FEDS, now are taxing those who sell for profit on secondary market if you make over $600.....LAME

The NFL announced Thursday that the Chicago Bears will be featured on this year's Hard Knocks ahead of the 2024 NFL season. HBO and NFL Films provide an annual look at one team's training camp and preseason preparation for the upcoming campaign, and the choice of Chicago will highlight plenty of storylines. .... No thanks. I dislike that show.

I dislike that show. Me too! Seems like it was more of a case of the NFL telling the Bears they are hosting Hard Knocks. In other news, the Illinois State Legislature won't be acting on the Bears funding request for a new stadium this Spring. Those talks are on hold at least until the Fall. I'll continue to hold out hope the Bears will end up moving to Arlington Heights.

The less public money and more private funds are used to build a stadium, the better.
Bobref
Currently, the over/under on how many times @Coach Nowlin watches each episode of “Hard Knocks” is 2-1/2.
Coach Nowlin
fair bet to make, wouldn't you know that I just stumbled upon what the Bears have been producing themselves last 3 years called 1920 Football Drive, all on youtube, assuming on their website as well. You want to talk about a complete vibe and tone difference from the Pace/Nagy clips to the Poles/Flus regime. Went from Clown show to a Professional Organization. Looking forward to hearing Leiv Scheiber voice this Fall !!!
Muda69
Looking at the Bears schedule they don't play another NFC North team until week #11. Not playing another divisional team until that late in the regular season is something you see every year, is it? It's like "AI" was making the schedule. Boilernation
Flus appeared to have called out Nate Davis for missing practice. I think the OL pickups in the offseason were plan B if they got sick of Davis. Sounds crazy considering his recent deal, but I woudln't be surprised if the Bears cut Davis if he continues to skip practices in Training Camp. Color me SHOCKED Que SNL Super Fan awful Chicago accent voice: But what about the Notre Dame game? I'll admit I'm drinking the Kool Aid, but the arrow seems to be putting into the right direction now at Halas Hall. The culture is very good right now. It's awesome that Odunze and Moore are locked in as WR's for the length of CW's contract. Allen appears to be a short term rental based on Moore's deal. Coach Nowlin
especially with the mileage eon Allen legs, him playing crafty big time WR from slot will be very beneficial for Bears O

Bobref
This is a day Bears fans have been looking forward to for a long time: Mongo’s induction into the Hall of Fame. It was never better than even money that he would last this long … but he made it with his typical determination. If his story doesn’t make you tear up a bit, better check your pulse. https://abc7chicago.com/post/chicago-bears-legend-steve-mongo-mcmichael-prepares-pro-football-hall-fame-induction-amid-als-battle-homer-glen-home/15138454/

Yes, even this Packers fan tears up. This is an honor long overdue for him.
