  2. Let’s look at their schedules: HSE Carmel - loss North Central - win Avon - loss Fishers - win Westfield - loss Zionsville - loss Noblesvilke - loss Franklin Central - win Brownsburg - loss Record - 3-6 Fishers Carmel - loss Lawrence North - loss Noblesville - win HSE - loss Brownsburg - loss Avon - loss Franklin County - win Westfield - loss Zionsville - win Record 3-6 Any questions?
  3. DT would be more appropriate for this topic. But no, I march to the beat of my own drum. Thanks for your insight.
  4. Huh. Ok Never made the connection.
  5. You think HSE and Fishers will end up 3-6 or 2-7 because they got waxed by Carmel and Carroll. One could actually argue that those are the two best teams in the state. I'm not ready to throw those two teams under the bus just yet.
  6. Read the post and it's clear what its to. Silly to say FC is a heavy favorite, though. Whiteland also handled East in the scrimmage.
  7. Brutal first game welcome to 8-man with Waldron on Saturday. ISD's going to be no picnic either. At least they get Morristown for a potential uptick to the end of the regular season.
  8. Today
  9. Just seen injuries in Paoli game has caused paoli to cancel JV Monday against Jennings County. Hopefully Paolis numbers aren't that bad and they can get some in. On other hand if you're looking for a JV may call Jennings County.
  10. Association always promoting playing vs not playing: Been more push to get behind 8 man, which I think is most logical if the goal is to play the great game of football.
  11. Indianapolis Ben Davis Carmel Center Grove Indianapolis Lawrence Central Indianapolis Lawrence North Indianapolis North Central Indianapolis Pike Indianapolis Warren Central
  12. I don't know what the Lol was about. The point was they lost to another very young team and FC should be a heavy favorite. Yes, Whiteland was coming off a 9-3 season and also had just four starters back to include just one starter on defense. It was a game of two very young teams in which someone was going to come out on top.
  13. No. I’m a Catalina F#€£k$&g Wine Mixer champion and runner up. I have nothing to prove.
  14. It’s hard to get a read on these teams right now TBH. Floyd Central has kind of had to re-invent themselves a little bit. They don’t have the passing game they had last year. Part of that is moving their #1 WR to QB. He did QB in 9th and 10th. But he’s more of a read option QB. Luke Jacobi had 181 yds rushing with 2 TDs and also a KO return TD. He’s a special kid and although he’s a SR, he’s the only Freshman to ever play varsity for Coach B. Defensively they seem fine. The QB from GS had 254 yds passing and 200 rushing. Seems like a special player and a guy that Gibson will ride all season. They did sack him 4 times and created a few turnovers. Very interested to see if their rush defense holds up next week because it’ll be fly sweep galore with Whiteland. I hate that gimmicky crap. It does work though.
  15. Yesterday
  16. Thank you for posting the Box Score. Good luck the rest of the season.
  17. Nice. A year older than my father.
  18. I’d pick FC. Not sure about the other 3 yet? NA looks better. BNL had a decent win. Jeffersonville…..no.
  19. Lol no Whiteland lost 38 SRs last year
  20. I’d pick BNL, Floyd, New Albany, and Jeff all over Whiteland right now
  21. FWIW, Whiteland lost to Columbus North by a score of 14-7, and North has just four starters back from last season, two starters each on offense and defense. So, FC should be a strong favorite to win that game.
  22. Cool. I like free beer. Also, great job by the Highlanders for getting the 3 team sweep over Gibson Southern. JV won in blowout fashion and our freshman team won 13-12. The program looks strong. I look for them to beat Whiteland next week and hopefully sweep the HHC again.
  23. Yes sir. If if I didn’t already have another engagement, I’d definitely attend that game.
