I love what Bowden did while as head coach at West Virginia for Marshall following the plane crash and rebuild of the Thundering Herd program. That part of the movie was spot on including WVU wearing of green crosses on their helmets during the season. Easily the greatest “trick play” coach of all time.

My son played MS volleyball in 7th and 8th grades. Up to that point, I never really watched the sport. I watched his teams, began to really enjoy it (so much so that I got licensed by the IHSAA to officiate HS VB) and now, anytime the sport is on (men or women) I tune in. Congrats ladies!

Since I keep reading stories on here about the NLC schools dwindling in numbers for football, thought I'd share a picture from last night at Northridge. 300+ k-12 kids in our program showed up in force, and I know of a couple dozen off the top of my head that couldn't make it out last night. Some serious enthusiasm for football in Middlebury.
