  1. I did not read any of the links, I completely missed your point. What can I say, my son brought me a bottle of Vodka Sunday and the Caucasians were going down smooth last night. Hey at least I didn't drunk text anyone!
  2. Ultimately isn’t that the end of current FDA drug trials? Edibles aren’t a new discovery. Look into why Marijuana is a schedule 1 drug. Among some of reasons were because marijuana usage caused black men and white women to have sex, this gem from FDR’s tax scheme. It’s current form has more to do with hippies and the anti-war movement. Long term affects, we all know long term users, like most people we know there are some winners and some losers.
  3. I think anyone with half a brain understands that smoking any substance probably isn’t good for you. Ingesting edibles, who knows, but I would be willing to bet ingesting edible THC products is probably less harmful to you than lunch at McDonald’s. There’s only one was to gain long term data, and if adults make that decision for themselves, why not?
  4. I totally get the Alfred E. Neuman slant. But seriously has anyone ever seen Mayor Pete and Atticus Shaffer (Brick "In The Middle") in the same room. Dude even has the same haircut.
  5. BHO literally took office 11 days before the nominations were due, it was as laughable then as it is now.
  6. Basketball is just a different animal. The coaches don't necessarily share film, the officials have no agreement like we do in Football where they get a copy of the film. To your point, I never understood this stuff either. My DD when she was a frosh would dress with the V but was always under what I called the 35 point rule. She was never allowed in the game unless we had a 35 point lead. They would even make her set in the JV game so she would have quarters available in the V game. I'm thinking after the half, use that time to get some of your young kids in and get them some meaningful reps with the V. Don't just throw your JV on the floor with the rest of the JV at the end of the game. That serves no purpose other than getting them some more JV time. By putting kids in with the V, they're getting experience with the speed of the game and it's actual V experience.
  7. Hello, Willie Neslon? And Keith Richards is the poster child for heroin use.
  8. I have a buddy who's into work efficiency big time. He started wearing these and bought them for his crew. I just laughed at him. Of course he retired at 55 very comfortably so I guess the joke's on me, but there's no way in hell I'm wearing those things. https://www.fullsource.com/blaklader-160013709499/
  9. .1% of 800 million will go a long way towards a college education, or hookers and blow, whichever he chooses.
  10. Is B's All-State QB also an All-State DE......LB.......S....CB....
  11. Well that and I would guess congress has their fair share of alcoholics.
  12. Everyone take a deep breath, war is not imminent. One of the players in the destabilization of the region is dead. The Iranians put on a show that didn't amount to much in the dessert, so they get to save face, as promised they struck back at the evil west. The next news cycle will come around soon enough and all this will be forgotten as the media delves into the next Trump scandal du jour.
  13. Two schools of thought. 1. My neighbor will typically buy something needed every summer or fall at auction for pennies on the dollar and spend the winter rebuilding it. For instances a few years back a relatively new combine that had caught fire and burned. The machine was written off, but from what I could tell it just melted the paint and stickers off of it, and melted belts and hoses. He has the cash out of hand for parts, the 5Kish he spent with the insurance company, and come spring he's got essentially a quarter million dollar combine. 2. A large farmer south of town buys a new combine every year. He has 0 maintenance costs. If a new machine breaks down the local distributor has a truck in his field within the hour, because he buys so spends so much money with them. This has been going on for years with the hillbillies and their diesel 4x4's. The first and second generation Cummins engines from the Dodge trucks are in high demand and fetching stupid prices, because they don't have all the electronics on them. They're a lot easier to customize and work on at home.
  14. OK first of all, Waffle House is delicious. Yes I have a Blackstone as part of my arsenal on deck and I'm certain it gets used more than our kitchen range does. I cooked on it twice over the weekend. Range was used 0. There is NOTHING more entertaining/fascinating than going in an old school Waffle House where the grill is right behind the bar, and watching a guy/gal who's good on the grill ply their craft. I could literally do it for hours. Best I ever saw was at the Waffle House on Roswell Road in Marietta, GA. Dude was a magician. And yes I'm a redneck.
  15. Obviously learned his telestrator skills from Randy Marsh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiPUjGNTi24
