Caught this clip from PMS yesterday, OUTSTANDING segment. There is a pattern emerging now, can the NFL brass be able to combat it?? Pat and DButt and Hawk, 3 former NFL players, all making great points, these are 20-22 year olds who have never been told NO by others because they have had former coaches in college who were afraid to combat discipline issues because of either A. How much they were being paid and B. afraid they would just LEAVE and go somewhere else and probably get paid more to do so. Loved the clip of Vrabel on it as well. A good 17 min segment imo. it is of my opinion that some organizations are going to be better equipt to deal with this head on vs others. Example, PIttsburgh benched Rookie starter OL for playoff game because he refused to play with a cast on, so they just said fine, your down......Don't think Steelers of previous years would of made that decision. You think Joey Porter would refuse a cast and not play?

McCarthy I get, would welcome him I caution all the noise out there with media folks who are trying to get clicks and views and all that. Like its breaking news that the bears are going to dinner with a HC candidate.......WOWSERS. smh. if that is "RED CARPET" then double wowsers..... I thought this was a good listen: below: fast forward to the end if you want to hear CW thoughts on what he wants in a HC.

Terry Peebles has stepped down at Harrison Great guy, still will be part of IFCA and region 4 I am sure, as he is VP at the IFCA state board. -
I am all in on Coach Prime in Dallas. match made for each other Moore currently is the OC for Philadelphia, great move leaving Dallas and landing in Philly and getting an offense with a good offensive line, Playmakers already at WR and QB then you get gifted one of the best RBs in the last decade in NFL because NYG put a ludricuous amount of money into waived Daniel Jones. If you didn't catch the hard knocks OFF SEASON, GIANTS, it was a dandy...... Chairman John Mara, well, "I really want #26 to be a Giant for life". GM: We paid Danniel $40 million..... Chairman, scoffs and just walks out of the GM's office. Oh baby, good stuff

I know a very high end college football offical who is contracted through the Big 10, he was pretty excited pre bowl/playoff season, he had zero down marks, checked in with him, he was sent to Holiday Bowl He has done national title before

I don't think it is wise to throw away a QB after 2 seasons both marred with injuries in the NFL Takes time in a very unpatient fanbase league (all fan bases, not specific to Colts)

Aaron Glenn turned down the request by the Pats, smart move by him, he knew what was going down, the fluff rooney rule interviews of Leftwich and Pep Hamilton of all people. Bears had to put Vrabel on the books, makes good nfl sense, but it was a long shot

Alex jones is your spirit animal I see 🙂

yea, like Bob said, its a math problem for Vegas, backed by unbelieviable algo that makes Vegas a winner

I watched his entire 50 mins presser to see how it compared to the one Poles just gave. I thought Ballard was on point on indentifying issues and put it all on him because he allowed non competition complencey to set in as the major issue. Gave praise to DBuck on being man enough to opening challenge the locker room and his comments in the media. For some reason Ballard must have a thing about trying to draft and resign his owns and thinks its a failure when they have to go into FA, thats why he called himself stubborn.... Use of the world grateful to have a 9th year was a theme too. No Playoffs in 2025, no 10th year is the indication I got after it all was said and done.

I was close on the 31-28 ND victory I posted in other thread, I invested in only investment that paid me off at +650, that was ND winning by 1-5 points. 🙂 On first glance, the question is health of ND offensive line moving forward to the 20th, that may cause the line to move closer to -7.5 or 8 to OSU. Don't think it goes any higher than -9.5 personally. Can ND take a page out of Michigan playbook and control up front and grind out the game, keep OSU offense on the sideline and out of rhythm. I am not sure yet....... not ready to invest quite yet, 9 more days to go.

Good Move for Bulldogs Hard to snag option for CP in week 2, Illinois is week 1, you saw what was available year 1 of Coach Buzz, then the cool opportunity for the Arizona game as a 1 off last year. Playing Andrean doesn't make sense -

Scenario in Coach Sparty World You are coaching North Newton Spartans, 2023, you show up to August practice with 17 guys on the roster, its time for your 1st team session and you and your staff want finally reps in contact team session, thud, or otherwhise, Johnny did not come to any of Coach Sparty's off season workouts, but he did show up day 1 with is physical and all his paperwork. Johnny goes through the practice and does all the running and all the Coach Sparty individual drill work as assigned by coaches, so its time to get in there as a "Scout" team member, yet per your response, you would go tell that kid to go to the sidelines. I believe I have outline that philosophy correctly, if not what am I missing? Or better yet, said player can allow you 12 players to play a JV game ( yes I have coached JV games with 12, 13, 14 guys before) you go to the game, he is the only kid who did not get a snap in all game, because you know, non mandatory work outs that were missed. I am sure the rest of the team, parents admins would support you in this scenario to prove your point and I am sure that will equate in postiive experience for Coach Sparty team in the future off season workouts. Good Luck -
I hear ya, and understand I get that perspective, but competting against Kiser and Bowen as a coach as me take off my meathead hat for a moment
