We seem to not want to address the fact that it was Jacksonville that the Colts beat with a last second TD. Everyone else seems to have no problem beating them, but the Colts seem to have a mental block when playing them. It was good to see Frank show some emotion at the end of the game and after the game. Maybe Jimmy had a talk with him?
The officiating was quite subpar and it hasn't been up to the normal professional status most of the season. Maybe too many rules?
I've watched a lot of football in my long life, but I don't ever remember a defensive lineman called for holding on a running play!😏
Nice win for the Colts, and a guttsy call to go to the endzone instead of a field goal try. Good throw for Ryan too.
I have used up my "likes" for the day, but that's hilarious. It's amazing that everyone else whips up on the Jags, but the Colts just seem to not want to hurt 'em when playing 'em.
That's peanuts for you IU fans, right? Also, Penix is gone, and the Hoosiers had no one competent to replace him. Maybe they should be taking a look at the Cathedral QB.
I just hope they become bowl eligible! Maybe the freshman QB should get some time. There's not much else left to play for. Stanford was 111th in the nation in points allowed.
Instead of a play in playoff yearly discussion, why not lobby for an automatic first down for personal foul penalties, inside the 30 yard line, half the distance penalties. Now there's something that's really needed!
Well, Cathedral scored 27 points in the last 9 minutes to win 40-29 over Center Grove. It was CG's first loss to an Indiana school since 2019. The replay is on WHMB channel 40 in Indy now.
