I'm for replay to be fair and get the play call right, no matter how long it takes. The teams deserve that, imho!

When I criticize a crew, I do so to try to help them improve, at least that's my thought. I appreciate the time and the effort they show each week. I hope there's a review session after each game and they correct their mistakes, just the way we all had to at work. Anyway, I love 'em all!

On my first day at Cathedral, in 1957, my first class my phys ed, and Joe Dezelan was out "teacher." His first words were "Here at Cathedral basketball is something we do in between football seasons. Hmmm! Interesting thoughts! Anyway we'll find out something in the last 8 games. I expect no miracles. Jeff is a smart guy, having been the leader of the NFLPA for a long spell.

It's my opinion that Ballad's end will come soon, probably after the season.

Friday night the PA was extremely loud and, even though we sat far from it, It was loud enough for me to get a bad ear infection. I've been to hundreds of high school football games, and can't remember any PA louder! I was trying to wait until today to see my doctor, but had to go to Med Care yesterday to get meds. Now I may not make the next game at Brownsburg, which is only 6.4 mile from home. That's sad for me to even think about. I'm praying that the meds do the job before then. I realize that I'm old but I've never had problems like this before, even though I've seen a few hundred auto races in my life too. The LC staff needs to dial back the sound a few decibels. Otherwise, the updates at the LC facility were outstanding!

Losing to the Lions nowadays, ain't good.
