Everyone is in pure panic mode

Seems as if FLUS losing the locker room after Washington has led to ALL of these type stories..

I guaratee Moore is leading the way, he looks since he got paid he gets to call the shots, which is typical for DIVA WRs its in their DNA sadly, and CW is very much a bullhead when it comes to it as well and seems to be butting heads with him.

Again, Winning solves all.

Yep. I did like what CW and Thomas said yesterday in their pressers about play calling. They seem to be in sync on where Waldron failed. Now, good luck making it happen with an injured OL that has backups starting at both Tackle positions. Couldn't agree more, winning solves all. Perfect opportunity on Sunday to end the losing streak to the Packers.

Another point to add is DJ Moore made it known he liked Justin. He choose to sign the exension after the Bears traded Fields. He needs to move on if that's truly an issue for him. It's also clear to those who go to games and have roles on Chicago radio that Moore gives up on plays that aren't going to him.

Brisker finally moved to the IR. I hope this is more of a case of protecting him and taking caution when the playoffs appear to be out of reach. We could be looking at a forced retirement if it's truly that serious.

And why settle for a 45 yarder when you have enough time and TO's to get another run or two in? I like the outcome. Offense looked better with CW and Flus gets another L.

It’s not dissimilar from Flus’ decision to not contest a 13 yd. pass that allowed Washington to get within striking distance for the Hail Mary.

YEP! Not sure if you noticed but Harbaugh didn't settle for San Diego's game winning FG position last night and Dobbins ended up taking a handoff to the house for a TD. Ironically, Harbaugh also called a TO before Cincinnati attempted their hail mary attempt.

My guess if the Bears had tried to get it closer, there’d be a holding penalty.

Quote

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Chicago Bears 20-19 on Sunday by blocking a 46-yard field goal as time expired, but should the block have counted? The Bears say no.

Chicago head coach Matt Eberflus says they should've had a chance to re-do the kick, citing that a penalty was committed by Green Bay on the final play of the game.

Eberflus said he will turn in the blocked field goal to the league office, because he believes the Packers "were on our long snapper." No flag was called on the field.

...

Bears long snapper Patrick Scales appears to be knocked down at the line of scrimmage by Packers' Karl Brooks and T.J. Slaton. It is illegal to make contact with a long snapper when their head is down, as they are considered defenseless. Players are also not permitted to use an offensive player as leverage while blocking.

If a penalty was called, the Bears would've moved up and kicker Cairo Santos would've had another chance to win the game for his team. In 10 games, Santos is 14 of 17 in field goals made and 16 of 17 in extra points made. He is 2 of 4 in field goals between 40 and 49 yards.

Chicago's final drive went 7 plays for 42 yards to set up the field goal attempt.

...

Water under bridge of course,  but it sure looks like a leverage penalty should have been called.

Yup, however, unfortunately, Bears Staff doesn't get the bail out from me or the NFL it seems, haven't earned the Mahomes treatment, Brady/Manning before him.... etc.

Yet the Packers under LaFleur, with his almost constant whining and face-making on the sidelines, does?  We get it, the Packers are the small town darlings of the both the NFL and the mainstream media who broadcasts the games.  They'll get a bail out far more times than a big market team like the Bears.

Oh I could definitely sign up for this

Is that X handle reputable? I wouldn't mind pairing CW with one of the main minds to mold Burrow at LSU. Not sure if he has the chops to lead an entire team of men and not just the Offense. But, someone who could, Vrabel, is likely too much of an Alpha Male for the McCaskey's to handle.

So, during the first half, when the Bears were being humiliated 19 1st downs to 2, I predicted that if they played that way in the 2nd half, Flus would be sent packing tomorrow, as they have a “mini-bye” now. Then they made that great comeback, and I figured he was safe for another week. But with that clown show at the end, I’m not so sure.
