  2. @ptr I’ve been looking at the HHC teams’ schedules as well as Bloomington South’s to try and figure out how the conference schedule could look next year. The easy fix would be to plug Bloomington South into the spot Madison once occupied in the HHC schedule. This would ensure all teams get three home games and three road games in conference play. Here’s what that would look like. Potential 2027 Bloomington South Schedule Week 1: Bloomington North Week 2: Martinsville Week 3: at Floyd Central Week 4: Jeffersonville Week 5: Greenfield-Central Week 6: at New Albany Week 7: Columbus East Week 8: at BNL Week 9: Seymour This would give South six home games and three road games. Terre Haute North, Muncie Central, Columbus North, Ironton (OH), Brebeuf Jesuit, and Center Grove would all be dropped from the schedule as those games are during the weeks South would be playing HHC teams. However, I could easily see Greenfield-Central being dropped and Columbus North being moved up from week 6 to week 5 to take their place. With Columbus North being independent and with this being a classic rivalry, it would make logical sense. In doing so, the game would be at Columbus North next year since South is hosting them this year. This would mean South would have five home games and four road games instead. If South plugs into Madison’s old spot on the HHC schedule then BNL will be removing Scottsburg from their schedule in week 8, Columbus East will be removing Chatard in week 7, Floyd Central will be removing Silver Creek in week 3, Jeffersonville will be removing Kokomo in week 4, New Albany will be removing Silver Creek in week 6, and Seymour will be removing Crispus Attucks in week 9. Considering the travel distances or the outmatched nature of most of these games, I think the HHC teams would be willing to drop these teams. The only exception would be New Albany having to give up Silver Creek, but that could easily be fixed with moving that game to week 3. Floyd Central would be giving up Silver Creek that week to make room for Bloomington South, and it would be more advantageous for New Albany to remove Brownstown Central from that week and play Silver Creek instead. Doing so would mean New Albany would go from a five home and four away game split to a four home and five away game split. Silver Creek would then need to find a week 6 replacement and would have two HHC options if BNL would be willing to drop Jennings County or if Jeffersonville would be willing to drop Connersville. Given the distance between Jeff and Connersville, as well as the regional rivalry (per se) of Jeff and Silver Creek, I think the latter of the two options makes the most sense. The only hang up would be that the series was played from 2021 through 2024 before being dropped. It seemed to be a decent series as the first three games were decided by 14 points or less before Jeff crushed them in 2024. Jeff won 3 of the 4 games so I don’t if this led to the series ending.
  3. Thanks. Do you have a clear photo or file of the graphic?
  4. Several good matchups this week! Maconaquah 34-13 over Peru Northfield 27-14 over Manchester Rochester over Cass 24-16 Wabash over Southwood 26-20 Northwestern 55-6 over Whitko I could be talked into any of those middle 3 games going the other way. Will be interesting to see how Wabash adjusts to blocking up front with more guys on the field to account for. They’ve put up some pretty decent scores in the 8man games they’ve played…albeit against some questionable competition. Mac looks like the class of the conference as was probably expected. Northwestern and Rochester are very much in the hunt while doing it 2 very different ways
  5. Attica helmet is really close. the gradient A isnt possible on a decal so it looks a lil different. Thank you
  6. Northrop Dwenger North Side Carroll South Side
  7. I'll take Castle 21-14

  9. They were broke before that. It’s been a pattern for sometime. In four of their losses last year they blew the lead late. The Cleveland loss was the first one. Even in the Chicago game they won, they blew the lead and were just one play away from losing that one. They even blew a decent lead in the game they tied with the Cowboys. All that said, that playoff game may loom as a large cloud over this season. A coach only has a short window to succeed before losing the locker room.
  10. He needs to list what scores haven't occured.

  13. Wow, already at the mid-point of the season. This week I'll be interested to see: (1) how MD bounces back against Jasper; (2) whether Boonville can stay competitive against Castle after just squeaking by Central; and (3) how Harrison looks as it seems they may be making some positive strides.

  16. Covington @ South Vermillion - The Mildcats win by as much as they want. I'm hearing their qb is the real deal in the running game. Have not seen him in person yet. I don't see Covington's problems being fixed anytime soon. Lowish numbers all across the board. When will they realize small 1a programs cannot have three fall sports for the boys. FC @ Attica - I have also heard the Ramblers are low on numbers. That will not matter because they will play hard the whole time. Not sure if their problems will leave anytime soon either. Heard they had to cancel the junior high season due to numbers. Hopefully Dean can get some more kids soon. North Vermillion @ RP - I love what Crum is doing at NV. This time next year this group will be clicking and scoring a lot of points. Hinchee is the second best thrower. Man he throws a good ball. Up front won't be able to hang with those Panthers. The Panthers will not be tested until at least semi state. Too big and too strong and too fast. RP 63 NV 6 Parke Heritage @ Seeger - Won't be as close as some of you may think. Seeger is much better than the Wolves. The qb will throw all over them and #2 will have a big game receiving. Pats take this one 35-14
  17. Finally got the WRC done. Thoughts? Do they look like what teams are wearing in 2026? Your input is greatly appreciated!
  18. Concordia at Northrop Dwenger at Homestead Luers at North Side Snider at Carroll Wayne at South Side
  19. Covington @ SV - With five games left, SV needs to pick up a couple wins to get to .500 before season's end. Anything less has to be a disappointment for the Wildcats. Looking forward, I don't think they beat RP or Seeger and unless they draw WV in their sectional, it won't look good in most matchups as that sectional is loaded. I don't see them having much issue with a depleted Covington this week. SV - 49 Cov - 13 FC @ Attica - As long as Willoughby and Batchelor are touching the ball as many times as possible, I think FC has a shot most weeks against the rest of their schedule. This week will be the same. FC 55 Attica 6 NV @ RP - Got to see RP in person on Friday. They aren't super fancy at all, but #17 and their OL and DL are studs. Seeger fought well and played hard but were simply outmanned. I don't see RP or Seeger losing a game the rest of the regular season. Seeger's passing game is easily the top in the conference. RP 55 NV 12 PH @ Seeger - This will be for 2nd place in the conference. I'll take Seeger, but only IF they can find a way to run the ball a little better than they did against RP. RP was able to run 3 and 4 man fronts and sit guys in passing lanes to slow down the Patriots passing attack. PH is much more balanced this year, which could create issues for Seeger run defense. I'll take Seeger 32 PH 28
  20. Always fun https://scoreboard.homestead.com/football/scorigami.htm#load
  21. Good Decision: POOR play call , imo Bears broke the Packers in the 2025 season. Hate to see it
  22. A Superstar who was unfairly casted coming in as a prima Dona, finger painting, non leader crybaby
  23. NJSP @ Culver- Tough string of games coming up for Culver. Next chance won't be until week 9. 56-0 NM @ Pioneer- Curious to see if NM will be as chippy this week as they were with Judson. 42-6 SCUM @ Caston- Caston wins 55-7. Think they end the season 7-2 Triton @ Winamac- Closest game of the week but Winamac still wins easy. Warrios 34-14
  24. Crawford County (+46) @ Mitchell (-46) => This means Mitchell is favored by 46 points. Tecumseh (-62) @ Perry Central (+62) => This means Tecumseh is favored by 62 points. Jennings County (+31) @ Springs Valley (-31) Paoli (+28) @ West Washington (-28) Brownstown (-62) @ North Harrison (+62) Charlestown (-39) @ Providence (+39) Corydon (-21) @ Clarksville (+21) Salem (-3) @ Madison (+3) Scottsburg (+7) @ Silver Creek (-7) Bonus Game of the Week Cloverdale (+4) @ North Daviess (-4)
  25. Batesville at East Central, 7:30 pm Greensburg at South Dearborn, 7 pm Lawrenceburg at Franklin County, 7 pm Rushville at Connersville, 7 pm Posting this into the void... Remember how much fun we used to have...
  26. Covington @ SV - SV by as much as they want. I went to the FC / Covington game last week. Was the Covington qb that much of a difference maker? I thought the game would've been more competitive or is FC that much better? FC does play a competitive first three games. SV played NV close in the first half but took over in the second. Look for this week to be all SV all four quarters. Another big week running the ball for the Wildcats qb. SV 45 Covington 8 FC @ Attica - The Mustangs surprised me with a lot of things Friday. They played at a fast pace on offense and scored almost every time they touched the ball. The defense looked pretty good too. The only points they gave up was the jv running back coming in and Covington's starters stripped him for a TD. FC wins big again against a struggling Attica team. I'm hearing numbers are really low right now at Attica. I would have if they or any WRC couldn't have enough to play. Rumor is they only have 14 kids on the sideline last Friday. The qb and the Payne kid are tough. Dean will keep them fighting until the end. FC 54-6 NV @ RP - There used to be some bad blood between these two teams but I think that's in the past. The Panthers will get up early and pull their starters. They have done this the last two weeks and it's made those games look a little closer than they really were. When will the Panthers be tested? I don't know if they will be until late November. Panthers 63-12 PH @ Seeger - Game of the Week - Two different styles of offense will battle it out but the defenses are very similar. I think both defenses play fast and tough. Both beat Attica fairly similar as well. I do think PH is slightly better defensively. Salts will throw and run the ball 20 plus times this game and will keep them it in. Game will come down to the last couple of possessions and I'm going to with the Wolves they start 4-1 since Moore in 2020. This will set up a classic Parke county championship in a couple weeks for #1 in the conference as well. Wolves 35-30
