  1. I'm a little more in Temp's corner on this one. Regardless what has occurred, Michigan is a coveted job. Was listening to some analysts this morning, and evidently alumni contributions for NIL has increased significantly since the release of Moore. He made it sound alumni were not happy with Moore leading the program. UM has great history and tradition with funds at their disposal. Certainly pressure to win, but I think they will attract a number of possible good coaches. A little late to the party this season, but will force some quality coaches at current programs to say "no" and that may be tough to pass up.

  2. It's about time, Michigan hasn't had a high character coach since Lloyd Carr .

  3. A smart fan. The cost of food and drinks at NFL venues is exorbitant. And all NFL stadiums no longer accept cash, which is frankly un-American.

  4. A shorter drive for @Coach Nowlin. 🤣

  5. He declared today. Next man up: Aneyas Williams. But he will be pushed by some talented underclassmen.

  6. Just asking for a friend, does Herb leaving mean that the prince will finally stop talking about him in every conversation? Once again, just asking for a friend.

  7. What did the folks in White County do to you to deserve that kind of name calling for the Cavaliers, and Frontier doesn’t even make the list for the conference. I know that is just a typo but it gave me a good chuckle when I read it. I like that it provides further justification for the edit feature to be enabled for more than a measly three minutes.

  8. Good for him, but disappointing for the fans. He would have been a Heisman frontrunner as ND's RB1 next season. I was looking forward to him next year as ND's featured back.

  10. There are a lot of things legendary coaches don't do...

  11. I think this is a pretty convoluted sceniro to have much if any noticable impact on any kind of scale.

  12. Legendary coaches don't usually get fired from every place they have coached at, usually schools hold onto legendary coaches as long as they can.

  13. I’m not familiar with the WRC or the teams around that area. I have read Coach King is a HOF and folks around all parts like certain coaches, etc. etc. what makes Coach King “legendary”? No shade or negativity intended with this post. Thank you.

  15. The last thing FC needs is anyone on the current staff to be head coach and I’ll say it right to his dad’s face!

  17. What in the hell are you even talking about? Did you not ask me the other day if I think before I post? You're just trying to lure me in again, right? Seems to be your obsession. Here, I'll put it nicely so you don't get your feelings hurt again: I'd rather take a job a Michigan not knowing who the AD is going to be versus taking a job at LSU knowing exactly who the administration and the governor are. Happy? Or are you going to somehow spin it that I'm slinging dirt onto Michigan? Michigan has enough problems, no point in me piling onto the mountain of crap that's already there. Trust me, I don't care half as much about Michigan as you do Notre Dame.

  18. Not gonna lie, I don't know B Bettis, but I googled him. (Get it..? I win... google me). Sounds like he knows offense. Could be a good FC hire. Shoot, maybe he could take the PH program when they run their coach out. Billy Bettis is associated with Parke Heritage High School, where he is mentioned in discussions about the school's athletic events and community activities. For more detailed information, you can refer to the discussions on the Indiana High School Football Forum, which include updates on games and community events related to Parke Heritage. 19. Let me see if I can play this out: 34 seconds remaining- 1st down (as show in the clip)- Run play (a knee)...takes 2 seconds off clock (32 seconds) - penalty called (clock stops) 2nd down- 32 seconds now remain- take a knee (2 seconds off clock - 30 seconds remain) - timeout 3rd down - 30 seconds now remain - take a knee (2 seconds off clock- 28 seconds remain) - timeout 4th down - 28 seconds remain - shank a punt (6 seconds off clock - 22 seconds now remain) - opposing team now has the ball. I'm not sure if you actually ran plays (assuming 5 seconds a play)...it plays out any differently. Now, if you get the first time - obviously game over. So after my CSI investigation - yes - this falls on the coaches.

  20. Saw some memes about Biff....he's a pretty safe bet not to be pairing up with young staffers......

  21. One factor is the widely heeled belief that the AD’s days are numbered. Would a coach take a job not knowing who his boss was going to be?

  22. If they had a field mic they would. But regardless, time out information should be communicated to both sidelines.

  29. Just now thawed out !!! 🙂 Assuming you all saw this: This was legit: Beers would open and immediately explode: Nice lady sold me a bottle of water and did NOT take off the lid for me as she was supposed to as if she did it would freeze immediately as well. However clear grain with let's say, a red mix, perhaps, cranberry juice, would last about 7-9 mins before it became a slushy......challenge accepted, however at 2 for $53, YIKES but hey.......YOLO Tailgate: Had a tailgate package from Subway I won at a golf outing, hadn't used yet...so got that.. literally ICEBERG lettuce was a thing at the tailgate... sandwich, and then [put the shredded lettuce on and it was biting into crunchy ice lettuce...literally. I brought a fire pit and that helped a little, the SUN out was great, but I am on the Bears sideline 435 level so, SUN was gone by 2nd Q....... Then by 4 mins in 3rd... the finger tips and toe tips were screaming and our time had been worthy of Bears success and we bailed and got back to car and then back to my blanket at house by 4:20 pm and passed out shortly there after...... 🙂 Great times though. Fun with my crew always.

  32. Easy to throw shade at the player, I get that: SHAME ON SHAW coaches........ Staff has to understand and ask questions such as, how many timeouts left, can we still kneel it ? etc etc.

  33. And practically zero % of that growth is in students who can/want to participate in extracurricular athletics. Which is why FHS is a "4A" school with a small 2A/large 1A athletic talent base.
