I'm excited about 8-man football being an option for smaller schools who might not have the numbers for 11-man football.
The more opportunities kids have to play, the better for the game (and for kids). Football has so much to offer. 8-man (and even 6-man) football is pretty common in the plains states where there are a lot of very small schools. Hopefully, this leads to more growth of the sport.
I agree. I have heard grumblings that "it's not real football." The same can be said about Sprint (less than 175lbs) football that SMWC, Calumet, Bellarmine, among others, are adding at the collegiate level.
I'm all for more opportunity for kids to play in HS and in college, even if 8-man or sprint versions.
NEWS FLASH!!! 🤣😂
Thank goodness the people who wrote the Constitution were a lot smarter than you, so appointment to the Court is not a matter of popularity.
150 days until kickoff. As of now, my Hatchets are still missing a game in week two. They did the same thing last year following their week one game vs. McLean Co. (KY).
Maybe we're using it as a bye week to get some extra prep before the GS game? Anything we can do to add to the....six total points we've put up on them since joining the PAC.

A remarkable human being. Good that her ideas and ideals are still being followed today.
