  1. I’m more of a fan of this one… https://youtu.be/IGS2ti_NQhA?si=a5n7f1hMSjpeBe9V
  2. I can even help with setup/grading if need be.
  3. I have so many people to thank. Nah, not really…just glad I kicked @gonzoron’s ass. Thanks for putting this on again. It was fun.
  4. Agree. Have had em top 5 most of the year with Chatard “right behind” them (though I do believe there’s a bit of a gap there.)
  5. Maybe. I’d still take EC by at least two possessions.
  6. Easy now. They’d be double digit underdogs to the top three in 6A IMO.
  7. Attucks with a SOS in the 300s, lol.
  8. No coach in America benefitted from the fool’s gold that was the Covid season than Tom Allen.
  9. Final Results: Ben Davis (8-1) OVER…an historic season thus far for the Giants with one (understandable) blemish on the resume…great first season for Coach Mann…get undefeated Brownsburg home to start the tournament in what should be the best game of the year to date Most likely end to their season: (11-2)…a loss to Center Grove in the semi state round Carmel: (5-4) UNDER…no doubt a disappointing season on the north side of Indy and one might think the heat is getting turned up…a true changing of the guard contest as the Hounds host up and coming Westfield in round 1 Most likely end to their season: (5-5)…a loss to Westfield in the opening round of sectionals Center Grove: (8-1) OVER…truly embarrassed I exaggerated the possible decline of CG though their out of state opponents (outside of St. Ed’s) turned out to be not as formidable as predicted…a shot at history for the Trojans and I’ve learned not to bet against them. Most likely end to their season: (13-1) with a victory in the state title game Lawrence Central (4-5) UNDER…a roller coaster season for the Bears as they lost their township battle and lost to neighboring rival Warren before ending with a win over Carmel…a chance to avenge the loss to LN as the tournament begins. Most likely end to their season: (4-6) with a loss to Lawrence North in the opening round of sectionals Lawrence North (6-3) OVER…a FG away from 7-2 and had CG locked in a tight one late, plus a win over LC is a banner year at LN…had one bad Friday as they were rolled by BD but many teams were Most likely end to their season: (7-4) with a loss to Cathedral in the sectional championship game North Central: (0-9) UNDER…a season to forget on 86th Street under new leadership…tough schedule notwithstanding, the lack of competitiveness in their losses is most concerning… Most likely end to their season: (0-10) with a loss to Cathedral in the opening round of sectionals Pike: (2-7) UNDER…about what I expected on the northwest side as Pike beat the two teams they were expected to and were outclassed by the rest of their schedule…a chance at a third win is not out of the question as they drew Avon in the opening round Most likely end to their season: (2-8) with a loss to Avon in the opening round of sectionals Warren Central: (3-6) UNDER…panic time on the east side and the warning signs were there from week 1…QB getting hurt against BD did not help matters as they were forced to turn to a freshman…still should advance to a regional showdown with CG though the Perry game could be interesting for a bit Most likely end to their season: (5-7) with a loss to Center Grove in the regional
  10. Final Results: Avon: (2-7) UNDER…still reason for optimism on Indy’s west side as the Orioles improved week after week and cashed in late in the season with two big victories…kudos to the new staff for keeping the athletes motivated and showing perseverance. Most likely end to their season: (3-8) with a loss to Ben Davis in the sectional championship game. Brownsburg: (9-0) OVER…the real season begins for the Bulldogs now as they have to prove they can take the next step and turn regular season success into postseason success…draw did them zero favors as they travel to Ben Davis for the opening game of the sectional round. Most likely end to their season: (9-1) with a loss to Ben Davis in the first round of sectionals. Fishers: (6-3) UNDER…still what would have to be considered a program on the rise despite losing to the three best HCC programs…they are so close and are knocking on the door…draw was also rough on the Tigers as they’ll have to win two on the road (Homestead and HSE) to advance to the regional. Most likely end to their season: (7-4) with a loss to HSE in the sectional championship game Franklin Central: (4-5) OVER…even though they finished under .500, FC also has to be considered a program on the rise as they put a scare into the conference’s elite and are close to taking the next step…unfortunately they drew the lion’s den (a trip to CG) to start the tournament Most likely end to their season: (4-6) with a loss to Center Grove in the opening round of sectionals Hamilton Southeastern: (7-2) UNDER…once again just because they did not hit the over doesn’t mean that the season was unsuccessful as this team has all of its goals in front of them…they squeaked one out against their rival and will likely have to do so again and lost to Brownsburg by one possession Most likely end to their season: (9-3) with a loss to Westfield in the regional round Noblesville: (3-6) UNDER…still the most baffling team in the conference as they can look great at times and really play down to their level of their competition a week later (see weeks 8 and 9)…they have a “winnable” game in the opening round of the tournament which could go a long way for the Millers Most likely end to their season: (3-7) with a loss to Zionsville in the opening round of sectionals Westfield: (8-1) OVER…the Shamrocks had one bad Friday this fall and it was REALLY bad as they were blown out on their home field to conference champ Brownsburg…this team rallied and is fully capable of making it all the way to LOS. A fun one that I’ve been waiting to see since Westfield took the next step…an opening round game at Carmel Most likely end to their season: (12-2) with a loss to Center Grove in the state title game Zionsville: (3-6) UNDER…the Eagles were a disappointment in 2023 but get a chance to feel good as they can avenge one of those losses in hosting Noblesville in the first game of the sectional round. Most likely end to their season: (4-7) with a loss to Westfield in the sectional championship game
  11. Yep and the schools with the most disadvantaged students stayed closed longest during the pandemic which made the achievement gap even larger. All in the name of “science” and “saving lives.” Dumb asses.
  12. Can Martinsville keep it close in round 2?
  13. Feel bad for TV. Beat season in school history and going home in round 1…likely in blowout fashion.
  14. Disregard, lol. Winning games HAS to matter eventually.
  15. Can’t wait. I knew the Trojans were in deep shit once I started tracking the 14 day forecast. Finesse program. The Big Ten will have two next year.
  16. Beat me to it. 3A and 4A (maybe 1A and 6A too) will likely be snoozefests on Thanksgiving weekend.
  17. Penn State has an advantage at three position groups in my opinion (QB, RB, DB) but I am just not sure I trust Franklin enough. Buckeyes in a close one.
  18. This has become a nearly impossible task, lol. 1. Michigan 2. Ohio State 3. Penn State 4. Iowa 5. Wisconsin 6. Rutgers 7. Maryland 8. Minnesota 9. Nebraska 10. Illinois 11. Michigan State 12. Purdue 13. Northwestern 14. Indiana
  19. Michigan Georgia Florida State Washington Ohio State Oklahoma Oregon Texas Alabama Penn State North Carolina Mississippi Notre Dame Oregon State Utah USC Tennessee LSU Duke Missouri UCLA Miami (FL) Louisville Iowa Tulane
  20. Not so fast. There’s a reason Warren went down three possessions in the first quarter Friday night…and it’s pretty embarrassing.
  21. Probably not but their resume is slightly better than both IMO. NorthWood has fans on here? I’ve got Decatur Central at 26, Leo at 35 and East Noble at 36.
  22. Nope. But winning games eventually has to matter…can only rank so many sub .500 MIC/HCC teams. East Central rolls them 41-14, lol.
