I think you should move north up to 4th and castle Reitz down 1....I know it’s never a good idea to compare how teams did vs common opponents but Henderson county needed to score with with pretty much no time left to win their game. Reitz didn’t even have that chance against Henderson and I think that says something I think it became pretty apparent that Coach P has his north team in a position to fight and win against almost anyone. Maybe nothing over the top in skill but they can ball. Will be interesting to see how they do against the rest of the SIAC this year.

Just amazing to me that today’s college world would rather use his skill set for mostly blocking ...he has the aptitude to be a power RB. Army is a great fit as well as other option based teams.

His numbers are absolutely crazy. I think there should be more schools taking notice of this young man but Army is a top notch school and a great fit for him if he decides to commit there. His highlights are fun to watch. Definitely a guy i I think most of the state can get behind when it comes to a Mr. Football candidate

Everyone wrote north off for this year (and frankly the past x amount of years). Great to see the program doing positive things

👀👀👀 Coach P might just have North turned around. He was very successful at Eastern Green even having to travel from Evansville to Eastern Green and back every day in 2017 and during his tenure there.....Henderson was good enough of a ball club to thump Reitz with a loss last week

Give me Vincennes in the “upset”. Gut feeling but i like the way Vincennes has performed these last few years and I think they are only building upon something. If I recall there is a lot of hype around the coach.

Week 4. Tall task for GS. Chatard plays Southport I think week 5. So via the always reliable transitive property, we should have a rough estimate of how GS compares with the top of 3A. GS has been ranked consistently in the top 5 of 3A for like 7 years now. But ultimately Chatard is the true measuring stick of how good a team can be.

Ooof personally think West Lafayette should be #2 right now. I’m reserving judgement for GS until I see how they do against Southport in a few weeks....saying that as an alum and fan of GS

The only one I’m aware of is Ben Butler for GS but I don’t think he is injured. Think he had some cramps or something and the coaching staff just decided to let him rest for the game as it was already like 21-0

A win is a win my friend. I don’t know too much about the 2A/1A schools though.

3A I don’t think too much changes. Probably switch West Lafayette and chatard. But WL shouldn’t be punished in the rankings for that game they lost.

4A is about to get a razzle dazzle. Memorial won pretty easily while central and Reitz struggled and lost. Not sure about the other teams though

The classic “this is what we are going to do...now stop us”. Unless it’s 2014 where they were like “well you stopped us. So check this one time” and bring out the spread

Forest park changed up their offense this year. They definitely have the ability to score. And we’re briefly able to move the ball before stalling out vs GSs ones. There is a lot of motion in their scheme which requires discipline as always to stop. they also switched who was the starting QB about 1 quarter into the game and the new QB seemingly has a better knack for passing the ball. FP should be more than capable of defeating Perry central. They just need to execute on offense and defensively they can’t miss assignments. The first td for GS (the 69 or 79 yard pass) was a complete breakdown that left Delong uncovered by himself....and when you leave a guy like him open for a guy like Brady it’s going to be 6 points every time. on a tangent. I can’t wait to see what is in store for teams like FP next year. Opening up the season vs GS is troublesome...especially when GS has held FP to an average score of like 57-0 over the past 6 seasons prior to this year’s game of 56-7. This conference shake up will be a great thing for the smaller schools.

If only I could be on Tv and be paid to troll and give hot takes lol. if Indy’s OL keeps up the performance they had last year, they are a playoff team still. Maybe not a Super Bowl Dark Horse to upset KC or NE anymore but still a very good team. Marlon Mack will be a pleasant surprise for the colts this year and anyone who drafts Mack in fantasy football. Brissett will have the likes of TY, Ebron/Doyle, and Campbell for receiving. Rogers too. it won’t be easy but this is by far the best group of guys they have had for brissett and they will do just fine.

HH passing the ball 6 times in a game is truly a remarkable feat honestly.

Maybe. And we should believe that considering the level HH is on...but there is reason to believe TC has a pretty good defense. They returned a lot of guys this year. Attached is how they faired last year. Big losses to HH and GS but a lot of close games and good defense. The SR game on paper was pretty close too

Game of the week? Jasper vs Southridge is the big one. I wanna see how TC stacks up vs HH. Might be a closer game than expected

I think this will be a really close game again. Probably push late into the 4th. Jasper is definitely looking to rebound and get their season on track....and southridge is always looking to improve. the one thing that has always impressed me with southridge is that they seemingly only get stronger as the year goes on. Sure most teams do but it’s as if their running game is like an old Power Rb who picks up steam as the game goes on
