Bloomington South 41 Terre Haute South 34 (final)

This game was full of mental/execution mistakes by the Panthers -- their worst game of the season from that standpoint. The Panthers had the ball inside the TH South five-yard line three times in the game and came away with just three points from those possessions, and they also had three turnovers in the game. Their secondary play was the worst effort yet that I've seen this season. They move on to play crosstown rival Bloom. North and if they play like this, they will lose that game.

Lapel 26, Eastern Hancock 22 final

Eastern(Howard) 41, Tipton 40 final. Tipton went for 2 for the win and ruled short.

Looked like he got in and then stat guy on goal line confirmed he was in. Heartbreaker.

Tough loss for Evansville Memorial at Gibson Southern.

28-21.

Great season for the Tigers, wished we prevailed yesterday, but Gibson Southern is a tough and dangerous team to keep them at bay. Good luck to the Titans on the rest of the tournament!

Had a chance at the end.

Absolutely, just couldn’t punch it in to tie at the end of the game. The intentional grounding penalty hurt on first and goal.

Seemed to me like the intentional grounding was the wrong call at that point in time. QB had a receiver open, was in the act of passing it to him while getting tackled, ball didn't wind up close to receiver, and the flag flew.  Moved them from the 4 yard line to the 14. HYYYYUUUGE!!!   My question: is it intentional grounding if the intent was obviously the open receiver?  Honest question.
