What I see is Heritage Hills, Cascade, Tell City, Eastern, Northwestern, Manchester, North Putnam, Argos... The list goes on. Where is Warren? Lawrence Central? Jeff? Elkhart? I mean Elkhart just consolidated... One would think they should be at the top of the list!!! I have taught/coached at a lot of schools. Some were in a wealthy community, some in a poor community. Some were large corporations and others were small. There are a lot of factors that go into a school corporation being successful academically. One of the last factors would be school corporation size. The most important would be parent involvement. So how about we start by fixing that.

I won’t give anything away, but his existence on the show takes an unexpected turn. I highly recommend finishing it. One of the best series endings ever. I think there is as much understood as what is said.

Been drinkin a lot of high quality H20 (and a shit ton of Busch Light) and watching the NFL playoffs. Been tryin to get back into hockey, but just can't do it with my Blackhawks struggling somethin awful. They need an enforcer on their team just don't have one. I knew a guy once who would be perfect for them. Could hardly skate and shoot, but was tough as nails. Can't remember the guys name. Ended up being a hell of a golfer tho.

Very interesting Irish...I thought the same when the Falcons passed on BB. I also found it interesting that BB is not getting that many interviews with an original fair amount of openings. Given his age, do you think teams may be passing for what they consider are more relatable, flexible coaches? Teams such as the Titans, Raiders, etc. didn't even consider...perhaps they had phone conversations. I believe only the Seahawks and Commanders are left with vacancies unless a team abruptly fires a coach. I was wondering if the Eagles or even the Bills would pull the trigger, but they didn't. Kind of tells me teams are not viewing BB as an upgrade to get them over the hump. More wasted taxpayer dollars. And increased serious injury opportunities for the children playing on such a surface (this is well documented, I will not get into another discussion concerning this proven point again.) All so somebody doesn't have to mow the grass, paint some lines, and sometimes wash muddy uniforms.

This is an interesting article... but does this take into account some of the newer charter and parochial schools in the state? Not to mention in some rural areas, there are parochial schools which feed into public schools. So if we examine district student enrollment, does that include the students in those parochial schools? What about when there is an agreement between private and public schools? Students might be a student at a private school but take CTE classes at a public school or through public funding. To @BDGiant93's point we are stable here in Corydon, but with the growth in the Louisville metro area, we are seeing growth push out towards us. Charlestown is up to 4A, Floyd Central and New Albany are the 12th and 13th largest in 5A, while Jeffersonville is 6A. We might see more student growth in Harrison County for the football schools, us and North Harrison.
