Miluwakee and Detroit #'s were way down in 2016 compared to normal years.....both cities reach normal numbers.. Trump isnt president. Debbie Dingell a house rep and Brandon Dillion a democratic strategist both said she wasnt around as much. She went to Michigan 3 times from early August to November 4th. Cutting the military?
