Indiana 56 -UCLA 6, just an utterly dominant win by the Hoosiers. The next 2 games will be more challenging at Maryland and at Penn State, but I think the Hoosiers are up to the challenge.

Indiana is favored by 21.5 at Maryland this week. Thoughts?

My thought is that shouldn't be enough.  IU offense has been hot, and the defense not far behind lately.  Of course, they will have to take the Terps seriously, which I believe Coach Cignetti will have 'em focused.

IU hasn’t been letting up on the throttle so I could see that it should be bigger, but road games you just never we know…

Maryland is teetering on imploding. It may be that much at halftime.

October Maryland and September Maryland are two different teams since they hired Mike Locksley.

Not sure how Indiana isn't #1 n the first playoff ranking. Their side by side resume with Ohio State is a no contest.

Look, Ohio State is really good. I have no qualms with people thinking they are the best team in the country. And quite frankly, I'm not sure how IU is going to do when put up against all of their 5-star players. But, if you put their resumes side by side, how in the HELL does the committee put them at #2? Tuesday will be interesting.

I’m not sure to the extent of Indiana’s depth, but they didn’t have some top performers at OL, LB and WR, yet they kept rolling. Love how they committed to the run, especially in the 2nd half.

Depth? Are we really concerned about depth? Cignetti won with a bunch of kids from James Madison.

When you need to win 3, possibly 4 games in a row to be named national champions? Yes.

IU’s top 22 guys are as good as anybody in the country. But IU simply does not have the luxury (yet) of depth that some of these other national title contenders. Fisher essentially missing these last two games and Sarratt leaving early yesterday with a hamstring injury is concerning. Get past Penn State next week and you have almost a month to get healthy before the B10 championship game.

If Cignetti can train up a bunch of kids from James Madison to compete in the Big 10, he can probably do the same with a 3-star kid sitting on the bench. That's all I'm saying. I don't think its as much about the talent at IU as it is the system, the coaching. I feel like all these kids are ready to play. It's a Cignetti thing.

I am saying it now, don’t care that Penn State is winless in the Big 10, if you aren’t a bit nervous going into Happy Valley with 100,000 fans, going to be a tough game. IU should win this game going away, but we will see…

Shocked they opened up as nearly 2 TD favorites. I told my dad I thought it be around 3-4 points, he bet me it’d be around 7. Lost money before the game even started lol.

In all honesty, this is going to be a tough game. Penn State is still a very talented group and has nothing to lose. Forecast shows cold and rainy, going to be a rock fight and I’m sure that’s the way PSU prefers it.
