PHJIrish Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 Long ride home for the Buckeyes! 3 minutes ago, Bash Riprock said: Never thought I’d see this I had a friend, who I haven't seen in years, who went with his dad to all IU football games, home and away for years. This one is for all long suffering IU fans, but especially Rod Conner! 4 Quote
PHJIrish Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 (edited) This should only be the beginning! 😊 I'm happy for Don Fischer too! He's suffered through some horrible football for years! I muted the TV and listened to him furing the game, and he has every reason to be exicted! Edited December 7, 2025 by PHJIrish 2 Quote
23andCounting Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 From a ND die hard to the IU die hards. Congratulations! See you in the playoffs. 2 Quote
Komets2727 Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 Unreal!!! Losing est team in college football history, breaks 30 game losing streak vs. Ohio State, and beats the Buckeyes at their own game!!! Ho, Ho, Hoosiers!!! 2 Quote

Irishman Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 You guys are NOT going to believe this. I had THE craziest dream ever. IU fires Tom Allen, and they bring this dude in from some small school out east. Guy has a decent first year, but man the second year? Not only does the team go undefeated….crazy, right? F***ing IU undefeated, but theeeeeeennnnnn, get this shit…..beats Ohio State to win a Big Ten Championship. I should avoid late night pizza from now on. That was one crazy ass dream. 1 1 Quote
temptation Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 (edited) Congrats Hoosier fans. You deserve it. Four red zone possessions for OSU…lol. The missed field goal early by Indiana may have actually been a blessing as there is no doubt Day would have gone for it on 4th and 1 down 6 instead of 3. His chicken$hit play call on 3rd and 1 was hysterical and telling. Still the same dude who buckles in close 4th quarter games. Edited December 7, 2025 by temptation 1 Quote
Impartial_Observer Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 No one has been more critical of the athletics administration at IU than I have. I will give them their props on Cignetti, they appear to have hit it out of the park with this hire. This group has even gotten a jaded cynical old man to watch a little college football again….. 3 1 Quote
PHJIrish Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 I will be watchin' the Hoosiers though! Quote
Bash Riprock Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 Good news for the Hoosiers. Omar is critical!! He deserves to be there!! 2 Quote
Muda69 Posted December 8, 2025 Author Posted December 8, 2025 I guess you have something special when something globally mundane as college football gets a story on the venerable 60 Minutes: Quote
Footballking16 Posted December 9, 2025 Posted December 9, 2025 Sounds like starting DE Stephen Daley will miss the playoffs. Suffered an injury during post game celebrations. Lead the nation in TFL’s, is a significant loss. But next man up just like it’s been all year, Daley became a full time starter midway through the year after Kellen Wyatt was lost for the season due to injury. Winners win, losers opt out of the pop tart bowl. Quote
