I was surprised that South didn't go for it on the CN 17 yard line and down 17 points, but they attempted the FG which blew up in their face. Edited October 2, 2021 by ptr Quote

ptr Posted October 2, 2021 Author Posted October 2, 2021 Columbus North 34 Bloomington South 10 (final) CN was certainly the better team tonight. South probably came into the game geared to stop CN's running game and they got burned on the pass play with four TDs through the air and a blocked FG attempt being returned for a TD which pretty much ended any chance of a South comeback. South played 3+ quarters with a sophomore backup QB and they pretty much sputtered on offense from that point on as CN kept coming after him on blitzes. Quote
