That was a rout by the Slicers, I think their back, Charles Salary run for over 200 yards. That was a talented Snider team, young though I believe, they went on and won state the next year. 1 Quote

Valpo had a great win over a mercurial Merrillville team that had thumped them earlier in the year and Snider fell behind 21-0 vs. Mishawaka and staged a furious rally to continue their march to State. Snider getting to play on the turf next week will be a help, but Valpo will be coming to play Quote

This is where I think Snider struggles a bit against teams. We are undersized against most teams. If you have a big line and can competently throw throw the ball, it could be a problem for Snider.
