  3. Yes, I’ve heard some rumblings myself on this. Keeping my mouth shut.

  4. Yes. It was also a good excuse to share a Tom Scott video.

  5. Anymore the first and primary duty of the vast majority of U.S. Congressmen is to get re-elected. It is simply power for power's sake. The entire body, House and Senate, is dysfunctional.

  6. Before they will do that, they need to reign in their own power. With term limits in both houses.

  8. Good deal, feel bad for the kids who didn’t get to experience the backyard brawl during this hiatus so I’m happy the 2 schools were able to get this game back on the schedule. Too bad we have to wait until 2023

  9. Cannot see Colts having the capital needed to pull of that Trade and Houston would be NUTS to give in Watson can say all he wants, He is under contract that he signed to be a Multi Million dollar player at a postiion that he excels at He needs to GO TO WORK That is what imo makes the NBA so unwatchable..... players won't show up to WORK if they don't get to play with thier buddies..... and the League and Ownership ALLOW IT GROSS

  10. I am Dead Serious Mitch Tribisky would be a great addition too Colts Offense, Mobile QB who will benefit from an UPGRADED OL and an COMMITTMENT to RUN GAME, Lots of untapped talent and better coaching should see him have a very successful career moving forward in Indy. Stafford would be RIvers 2. 0 I was completely TIC in Cam Newton comment, he needs to just go into fashion. TRIBUSIKY would be very good for INDY

  14. I'd consider this a home run hire for LC. Coach Good did more than a great job at Calumet. I really think he'll be able to turn that program around.

  16. Is there someway that neither The Bucs or the Packers win and by some longstanding but never used NFL bylaw the Saints get to go to the Super Bowl?

  17. Correct. It’s not a foul.

  18. Lord, I don’t like to involve you in something as superficially trivial as a football game. But next weekend represents a clash between the forces of good, led by your avenging angel, TB12, against the Evil that is the dog-a$$ Packers. I beseech you to arm your angel well, as he goes forth to do battle against the forces of darkness led by their evil sorcerer, ARog, and ventures into the den of iniquity that is Lambeau. Oh Lord, may TB12 use your mighty right arm to strike down the godless green and gold with their wicked wizard ARog, and send them away with their cheese curds dampened by bitter tears, while your glorious light shines through TB12 for about 350-4-0, and the Packers can go back to bullying your lesser creatures, like Bears, Vikings and Lions. Amen!

  19. But, did Adams move forward before the snap? I think he did Very close. I understand the "nitpick" argument on some calls, but definitely not this one or the others that have transpired since this play has been used. This was a scoring play in a divisional round game. Anyways, I’d call this every time at every level during every game.

  20. There are a lot of similarities between the two schools. - Rapid population growth - Nice,up to date facilities - LC and CP lose kids to Parochial schools (Andrean, Mount Carmel, Marian Catholic). I think LC loses more though.(not data driven statement) - Girls sports very successful, Boys baseball and soccer very good, Boys hoops competitive but not great - Administrative support and desire to be successful is about the same with a lean towards CP wanting it a bit more. - Football participation (9-12) about the same - LC has 3 middle schools and CP has 2 - Good youth programs (Tri Town Raiders - LC, CP Bulldog Football - CP) I think the pieces are in place at both schools. I'd have to give the edge to CP since they have been more competitive the last 5 years. Having said that, I think LC from a potential perspective is higher. The overall talent at LC in regards to size, speed, and athleticism is better than CP. The problem with LC is many of these kids aren't participating. If they could get a coach to motivate them to come out and play, LC could and should be a force in NWI. In watching both of these schools over the last 5 years, my opinion of CP is that their kids play hard and the defense is usually very good. In my opinion, the offensive is where the opportunity exists for new coach. They are not lacking in size but the skill players don't really stand out to me. I don't know if this is a scheme problem, coaching problem or they just don't have high end skill guys. Likely a combination of all three.

  21. No. Terredice is a city with a college in it. It is not a college town. At all.

  22. An interesting argument ... but there is no such rule. This is nothing. FYI, the reason the helmet rule is in place is to encourage wearing helmets that are properly fitted, so they provide maximum protection. If they wanted to, all 11 players in the huddle could take their helmets completely off, and then put them back on before the play without consequences.

  23. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/national-guard-members-removed-inauguration-security-mission/story?id=75343308 A dozen Army National Guard members have been removed from the inauguration security mission, including two who were sent home after vetting for extremist links found an "inappropriate" text and comment, the Pentagon said oTuesday. Each of the 25,000 National Guardsmen now in Washington assisting with security at Wednesday's presidential inauguration is being vetted by the FBI. I kinda think the odds really favored the 24,988 troops should the 12 have started something........(It's spelled "Overkill" or "all for show") It is pretty ironic how fast the left became believers in walls though......
